The manager here was top notch, after speaking with the customer service team online who did absolutely nothin and being ignored via email. The manager resolved my faulty shoe problem instantly. She returned my call which doesn't often happen and was extremely happy to help fix the issue. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased some shoes from Liane at Mt Ommaney. They were on sale and my size was not in stock.
Liane arranged for prompt free delivery and I received the shoes within 2 business days.
Unfortunately, I'm a half size which is not available.
When I took them back, there was a no fuss refund issued and Liane even remembered both the transaction as well as my name..
Such personalised customer service is not common. I will definitely shop there again!

Amazing staff, decent prices, good quality shoes, did I mention amazing staff? So helpful and relaxed and fun, for once I almost enjoyed shoe shopping (and for a GIRL with size 11 MENS feet, I’m sure you can imagine how tricky that is).
