This QML Collection Centre is conveniently located in Cornwell St Medical Centre.

You don’t have to wait a lot & it saves you from going to another location for tests.

Being collection centre, it doesn’t offer any onsite tests.

Great customer service.

Just arrived there 5 min before closed. I m a full time worker and have limited time. When I was not sure if they were already closed, the receptionist at the counter was not nice, no smile or no courtesy manner. She just said "What is the problem? It cleary said closed." The sign was not apparently clear enough to see if they were closed. I have never been there before so obviously no clue if that was the sigh what so ever!

I really don't know why those people can get the receptionist job when they do not have any idea how to take care customers with manners!!!

I don't come here never again!!!

The person collecting the blood asked me to wait for 20 minutes for their lunch break, while it is not mentioned on the opening hours. Besides she seemed annoyed unfriendly that I knocked the door during her lunch break.
