The doctor that came to assess my child were amazing. They were kind and caring and took their time assessing the situation. I am thankful to have this service available and to not have had to go sit in ED all night. Our Dr arrived within 2 hours of the possible 4 hour time frame. We got to wait in the comfort of our own home and it was much quicker than going to the hospital. Thank you!

Called at 9:30pm and they came at 11pm.
It beats driving to the hospital and waiting at the hospital for a doctor to come see you. It also helped relieve some stress at the hospital so they can deal with more serious patients. AND nothing beats waiting in the comfort of your own home.

I hope this review might help someone else avoid the experience my 90 year old parents had recently. After persuading them to call for an after hours doctor for mum, they were told at 8:30pm a doctor would be there within 4 hours. They waited until 1:30am before calling them again to be told the doctor had cancelled. NO notice. NO advice. NO follow up. NO apology. Disgusting service. Mum was admitted to hospital 3 days later. A doctor advising her to do that 3 days earlier would have saved a lot of worry and trauma which is what we had hoped for.

Don’t ever use this service. I called at 8 am for an appointment for my one year old who is extremely ill. They said a doctor would be out in 4 hours. I waited and waited and called around 2 they said the doctor was still in the area and would call around 3pm… nothing. They called at 5.40 pm hoping to cancel and asking if I still need a doctor. I confirmed that I did. Well now it’s 7.30 pm!

We called to see if he is still coming, they said the doctor was in an accident which I find it hard to believe. We then said it was disappointing being such poor service. They then lied and said someone had called at 7pm which is 100% a lie as there is no missed call on my phone and I’ve had my phone glued to me all day. There is no more doctor available and they wern’t going to notify us that no one was coming.

I wish we’d just saved our time and stress and gone to the hospital earlier. Such an unprofessional terrible service. 12 hours wait and no doctor so we are back at square one on a Sunday evening and having to go to emergency so late now. As we are left with no other choice.

I booked an appointment for my child and requested a face to face appointment AND I got a Telehealth appointment, which is useless when my child needs to be seen by someone in person to review her symptoms.

If I wanted a Telehealth appointment I would have waited to speak with my child’s normal GP during business hours. She is not able to leave the house as she may be infectious otherwise I would take her to the closest outside hours practise near my home.

I would give no stars if it were possible.

Pushed immediately to telehealth.
Called from operator with roosters carrying on in the background. Then when the doctor called he had children screaming and yelling in the background.

Wenzel has refused to book a doctor for me while in pain due to my wisdom tooth been removed, just found out that not even his really name after I called to double checked. he stated me to go to the hospital when known well all hospitals are full with capacity. All I need was pain management and got refused plz stay away from these guy as they don’t care about anyone health, but a quick easy buck if it easy according to them.

13HEALTH told me to be seen by a doctor within 1-4hrs. I called Hello Home Doctor and was told to wait for a text and someone will be out subject to availability. An hour and a half later I finally get a text, but they changed it to a TELEHEALTH appointment. That won’t do me any good. Now at nearly 2am I have to head to the hospital because I waited so long for nothing.

Deserves less than one star!
7 hours wait for a home doctor, only to then be told it’s now proceeded to a Telehealth appointment and would be an additional 4 hour wait.
Not good enough, especially when they know it’s for a child.
If you’re too busy, don’t take more bookings…simple.

"Also Not happy with the Service"!! Rang to make an appointment at 4.00pm for a very sick child and they said it would be a 4 hour wait. I rang at 6.30 ish to follow up with a confirmed time and they said the doctor would be in touch. 10.30pm no doctor contacted me 6 1/2 hours later. I was forced to cancel as I was tired and needed sleep. I hope they don't charge Medicare for this ... sounds like an attempt to right the system at the cost of patient health and not provide a service.

Called to book an appointment and was transferred to the booking team. Once I was transferred I was waiting to speak to someone but no one was speaking on the other end. I hung up called bunch of times and same thing. I called again and spoke to one of the operators and he was transferring me then then my call got engaged. What a useless service. Gosh

I didn't mind waiting as my case was understandably not an emergency - but the nurses at 13 Health (who are amazing, spoke to me for 10mins, and always abide by duty of care) did say that I should be checked by a GP tonight. Appointment was changed to telehealth and was less than a two minute phone call - yet no doubt they will still claim on my medicare. This should be illegal.

Zero. I was told 4 hour wait… 7 hours later no show. Made a follow up call to be told Doctor was already in the city & did I still want a visit? I waited 7 hours for nothing! I would never use this business again especially if you’re sick & expect a doctor.

"Not happy with the service"!! Was told I could be seen by a doctor at 4.30pm then rang at 8.30pm and no doctors were available to come out and see me, they changed appointment to a telehealth appointment. They finally rang me for my appointment at 11.30pm and the doctor was suppose to send through antibiotics to my phone and I have not received any script. What a complete waste of time. My first time using this service! I will never use them again nor will I recommend this service to any of my close friends and family!!

I am incredibly disappointed with this service this evening. I understand that things can be busy but this is no excuse for a complete lack of communication. A booking at 6pm. I make a phone call to ask what is happening at 9pm to be told "I can't see a clear flight path the Dr has several patients before you". Then I make another phone call at around 11:30 and I am give the identical information, word for word. I say I need to know, they say they will find out and call back. 45 min later I call again, I get told exactly the same answer this time at least at 12:30am receive a phone call and I get told 2 more patients, should arrive in approx 45 min. This is rubbish, ring someone else!!!!
