Walked into Beds R Us us only to have a look around and see what was available for my mum who needed a new mattress.

We had never been here before and were greeted by the beautiful and most professional Sandy!
Sandy was very knowledgeable and very professional in understanding what my mothers needs were and was very helpful in directing us towards the mattresses that mostly would suit a 75 yr old woman’s needs as well as budget.
The price was right and the service of both John and Sandy was exceptional. Would highly recommend this place as a 1st stop to learn so much about what’s important to your body as we spend about 1/3 of our lives in bed.

I definately will be coming back when I need to upgrade my mattress too.

Blown away by the customer service. Was looking to just purchase a wheel for a mattress. Not only did they kindly provide the wheel free of charge but looked around for more and gave us 3 in total. This is after I had called the Warwick Farm store who stated "Yes we can order it in for you but there will be a $50 charge" No comparison!

John was very helpful and answered all my questions. Delivery was very close to Christmas and I was very happy to get my mattress during a busy time. Thank you again!
