Jack provided fantastic service, chasing up a product I required. He kept in contact throughout the whole process, something that is rare in retail industry these days. Highly recommend this company (and Jack ).

Dealt with two young men named jack and Jackson or Jarrod (can’t remember the perfectly) at the Stafford Sydney tools about a product that had some issues and they were quick to help as well as replace the product. As well as that they were very friendly and kind.

Called in at Staffoed stoffoed looking for a cordless mower and Jack helped me out by unboxing the EGO.
Great product knowledge sold the mower with some bonus dollars to spend next time.
Even took it out of the box because I didn't want to take the packaging home and the he carried it out to my car.

But what sets them apart is staff who know the industry and are from the industry. They go above and beyond to bundle packages based on the job or project or budget you are working on and cut deals that ensure you will be back. I know I will be. Thanks guys!

Helpful friendly staff, already had the items waiting for me after I inquired if they had them in stock. Full explanation of warranty and even got a free box of sanding pads to try out for my new festool sander and vac👍 pretty sure the blokes name was Damo 👌 top bloke.

Fantastic service. I went to two Bunnings' for a tool they were showing as in stock at both locations which unfortunately wasn't the case. I quickly stopped in at Sydney Tools and asked for the tools availability and location at the front desk and apologised as I was in a rush on the way to work due to earlier incidents. I was taken straight to the shelf location, given a quick opinion on pros of each brand and a recommendation and was paid up and out the door in well under 5 minutes. Knowledgeable sales staff with good, honest and efficient customer service.

Couldn’t of asked for anymore help from the team at Sydney tools!
Even having issues with a product purchased, Anthony and the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue as quick as possible.
Would recommend going to Anthony directly with all inquiries about tools as his knowledge on the subject is the best, followed with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
Sydney tools Stafford, I would be giving Anthony a well deserved pay rise as it the best costumer service I’ve seen at a tool shop before!
