Gregory Real Estate have managed my inner city Brisbane property for 14 years. They are well experienced property managers, conscientious in their approach and have always provided me with a service I could rely on. I always had confidence that they would work in my best interests. They communicate well and respond promptly to my requests and have provided me with good advice over the years. All financial matters such as payment of rental monies are promptly dealt with each month and the FY end. I have no hesitation in recommending Gregory Real Estate as rental property managers.

Gregory Real Estate and Shayna Naidu were excellent property managers and the best property managers that I’ve ever dealt with. They were always extremely professional and always responsive and quick to act with any queries regarding the property. I would definitely recommend their service as property managers.

Speaking as a renter, Gregory Real Estate was absolutely amazing. Maintenance requests were processed quickly and efficiently and the staff were always friendly and professional. I have had a lot of experience renting but Gregory Real Estate is the best group I've dealt with - Thanks guys :)

I can't recommend Gregory Real Estate highly enough. They are fantastic property managers for both tenants and owners (I have been both). They are very responsive, provide sound advice and are quick to take action.

Friendly and helpful staff

We rent a property from Gregory and have found them unresponsive to urgent issues, and when they do respond, it takes them an unacceptable amount of time. Many of the things we have raised when we moved in haven't been addressed at all, and they don't seem to care about any of our frustrations. Would not recommend anyone rents through Gregory. They simply do not care about their tenants.

Update: we have now vacated the property, and have found the vacate process to be ridiculous and inefficient. The agent has taken almost three weeks to assess damage costs, and has given outrageous costs for things that should not be considered. We do not recommend anyone rents through Gregory, they are quite poor when it comes to representing their tenants.

Steer clear. Grandad and his nieces outfit. If you want professional go somewhere else.
