Hotel Carrington

Recently reopened, Hotel Carrington in The Valley is a real find.

Looks amazing, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, comprehensive menu served 7 days from 11.30am to 9.30pm, extensive beer selection and beverage list, and you can’t beat the Re-Opening Special - $15 for a burger or pizza with a schooner of beer (or alcoholic ginger beer or Solo). Incredible value!

I had the Canadian Burger - top quality and full of flavour - and a Ginger Beer…..absolutely fantastic 😋 Specials board looked good too.

I liked how you could que your own music through the qr code. Was also nice sitting outside. Cute atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive. Food tasted really good. Loved the honey mustard on the salad. Price is good for what you get. Would go back again.

Amazing food great quality burgers and wings that we bought. Great value for money and the owners and bar workers are very polite and know what they’re doing. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting a great feed for great prices around the valley

I haven't eaten here before but stopped by for the burger deal with a beer. Outstanding! Really wonderful surprise for pub food, prepared with love and terrific ingredients. Very Tasty! Chips well seasoned and the staff were so helpful. They are a great asset to the place. Will return soon!

I had the cheeseburger 🍔 and chips, and it was honestly it was quite possibly the best burger I've had! The right amount of everything, not overdone with 2 inch thick patties etc. And the chips were perfectly done, nice and crispy.

10/10 would recommend ! The staff are friendly and very hospitable. Their chefs take pride in their work. The burgers are really good 😊 and they have a great burger/pizza and schooner special. Well worth it.

Jonny is the reason that we come in. He provides the best services and cares for all of his customers. Knows how to uphold service and experience. The services he provides is definitely worth visiting and spending money here. Will be back!

Had $15 burger and a schooner menu. Excellent value, burgers are great quality, you can feel the weight in it, and just little touches of difference from the normal. Even the schooner choices are good range. Highly recommend.

Great addition to Fortitude Valley. It was pumping when I was there on Saturday night. Fun selection of beer on tap and lots of staff to serve you! Venue is sectioned off into 3 areas with a TAB, bar area and seating area to enjoy along with a pool table. Good location away from the hustle and bustle of the mall and Brunswick St. Really nice ambience and garden vibe it’s a nice place if you are looking to chill out.

The lunch deals are very interesting (for only $15 you can get a 200gm rump steak with side dishes and sauce). I'll be back during dinner time to tray the many draughts beers

Noticed there was a $20 dollar steak night here.. decided to try.. Fantastique value! Tasty steak good chips and salad.. and there is a happy hour every night 5-7pm with $5 basic drinks!!! Great service from Jen and Chad behind the bar!! Hannah also gives great service with a smile!!!
Wait there's more..Bingo with Ms Plastique and her two Ball boys!!! A must try! Highly recommended!!
And Ms Candy and her Ball boys kept the crowd happy on my return visit..
