I had a wonderful experience with Renee, from the initial phone call to the subsequent job offer (yay) I was treated respectfully, professionally and kindly. In my recent job search experience I’ve sadly found it’s rare to find an agency that treat you with respect and integrity. Many agencies are eager to speak to you then ghost you. After relocating to the Sunshine Coast from Sydney, I began my search for a new teaching position. After applying for a job online, I received correspondence from Dylan. From the very first contact until after starting my new position, Dylan was both extremely helpful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his assistance for anybody looking for work.

Last year, Renee helped me to connect with a beautiful team, in a North Queensland school, whom I was excited to work with. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances I couldn’t begin the contract, and I was saddened to have to return it. Renee was very kind and considerate of my situation.
This year, mum passed away and suddenly I was at a crossroads where I could consider venturing out again. In a twist of Hollywood-type fate, Dylan unexpectedly reached out to me..asking if I’d still be interested in being interviewed for a position at the same school! I said ‘yes’ without hesitation.
The interview was a success, and I’m excitedly preparing for my new role.

Took a leap of faith and called Dylan regarding a job ad I found on Seek. I was a bit wary of recruitment agencies after not having a great experience with some living in the UK, but this experience has truly turned me around.

Dylan was consistently prompt with his communication, highly efficient in setting up an interview between myself and the school and followed up many times during the process and even after I was hired! It was enough to make me feel supported but definitely not too much that it seemed invasive. He is a friendly, easy-going guy and genuinely seems to enjoy his job connecting enthusiastic educators to their perfectly suited roles.

Something that stood out for me was his authenticity in relaying to me that he felt I would be a great fit for the school he was tasked with finding someone for. It was highly important for me that my next role suit my personal philosophy regarding teaching, and I felt listened to throughout the whole process. I write this after being hired but before I commence my position though feel so excited and grateful that Dylan and Frontline may have been the literal difference and saviour between me staying in teaching and leaving the profession.

I say all this having organised my new employment from interstate as well and on that, Dylan was aware of and highly accommodating with time zone differences with both me and the school. Post interview, Dylan was extremely diligent with follow-up, ensuring I contact the school ASAP regarding my letter of offer. From a school's/client's perspective, I think this was fantastic as it clearly shows Dylan is aware of the pace and importance of the need for prompt communication in a fast-paced industry, particularly when roles need to be filled immediately.
