My body corporate is based in Bowen hills. we have faced a lot of issues, which are still ongoing. SSKB, and our appointed manager, Natalie Hopkins are actively working to remedy these issues and I value the support SSKB has provided us as an owner. I have recently sold a property at Narangba, under difficult circumstances for the outgoing owner. This was easily fixed, as we appealed to SSKB, the strata manager for this complex. The Manager, Ms Hopkins assisted the outgoing owner greatly and organised the approval required to provide the new purchasers the reassurance that all was in hand. Best Strata firm I have dealt with in a long time.

Thanks to Tania and all the SSKB team for a very informative body corporate information evening on the 15th of February. Two very experienced body corporate experts shared invaluable information with a well attended audience. Having a body corporate lawyer and manager to answer questions and discuss topics was very welcome.
