Always received high-quality service for a reasonable price. The staff has always been willing and able to show you any problems with your bike, and explain how it works and what can fix it, then carry out successful repairs.

Originally began coming here as it was our local and have been using them for over a decade, as well as joining them on the mountain biking courses back-in-the-day. 🚲

Great experience with Kenmore Cycles getting my two bikes serviced after a year of not using them. They went above and beyond, helping set up/size my road bike correctly for me after the service and sharing plenty of helpful bike tips and local knowledge of the area for good spots to ride. John and his son Ben are always happy to assist you, giving good advise based on experience, and going the extra mile to find what’s best for you. Can’t thank them enough to assist me (Patty) last week even if in the end I found nothing suitable. (Can’t do fluro, sorry John😉). Totally recommend. I have always been a bit intimidated in bike shops, even when I was almost fit enough to look like I belonged there, but I went in here yesterday for a helmet for a new escooter purchase and was made to feel thoroughly welcome. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and they even gave me a 20% discount on the helmet I had already decided on that didn’t officially start until today. They also gave me some great info on trails in my area. I’ll be coming back for my 5 year old’s next bike upgrade. Parking is great with a big carpark accessible from Princeton St. Thanks!

Team were really helpful with enabling me to make the decision of getting the Trek Slash. They were happy to spend the time sharing key positives of the bike and how it would suit my riding style. Once the decision was made to get the bike they were really fast and responsive in getting the bike organised and ready for me to pick up. Great work guys!! By the way, the bike is an absolute weapon!!

John is a community treasure. Took a children's bike in for repair of a tyre and he took such good care of me. Had me in and out in a half an hour with a happy kid. Only place I will bring and buy our bikes.

Great customer service. They really go the extra mile for their clients. Most grateful for you repairing my sons bicycle in such short turnaround so he can ride to school safely.

I have used John and the guys at Kenmore cycles for years. This week, John direct an inordinate amount of time devoted to me and my bike, trying to work out a very annoying noise. He was so patient, good humoured, and solved the problem. I had another issue with a pedal. It was not an obvious solve and others might have suggested a new set. He pulled the whole pedal apart and greased and lubed everything. Problem solved. Thanks John!

The service is second to none! Only recently got into mountain biking, just bought my second bike- it needs some tuning and these guys are happy to do it right away. The crew in there are always smiling, and happy to answer any questions a novice like me asks! This is a local business I’m happy to support and pay that little bit more to get treated like a person and not a sale!

Super friendly down to earth group of people. Gave my bike a great tune up, a couple of maintenance tips over a chat, and even described a few short cuts for my ride to work in the city. What more could you ask from a local bike store??

I visit the KC shop ofter and have always found John, son Ben and Sam very heipful and obliging. Always busy the team have the uncanny ability to prioritize the jobs so no clients are disadvantaged or unhappy. John has a wide ranging network and can access information and parts quickliy and easily.the shop has always honoured Warranties and understand that cyclists want to be riding bikes not waiting for repairs.

They all have extensive experience riding all types of cycles and can advise younger beginners on technique style and the suitability of a bike purchase.

I will always use Kenmore Cycles as my Bike shop and would unreservedly recommend the team to all cyclists.

Friendly, knowledgeable and goes way beyond the average bicycle shop. I learned more about my bike after a service at Kenmore Cycles than I ever thought I needed to know!

Franchise bike stores are swamping the market, with bad service & very limited stock. This is a proper bike shop, with great stock & awesome service. My first visit was today, and I'll definitely be back. Thanks for your help with my bmx wheel:)
