Purchased a bike online (another retailer, big mistake). The quality was low enough that the tire didn't last a year. Anyway, the guys at Taylor Cycles fixed me up. I walked in on a Thursday morning and was good to go the next day with extra small issues sorted out for me as well. Super friendly. Very efficient.

Not only was he willing to attend to it the same day I called (within a couple of hours) but while there, he wouldn't take it off the stand until it was running exactly the way it should. I highly recommend Taylor Cycles and the great customer service at advice of Jay. I bought a new Orbea gravel bike this week and have been absolutely thrilled with it.
