Just had a circumcision done, was painless and done in 15 minutes, had local anaesthetic in the area which helped. The after care is easy and quicker than other places. Would recommend

Came down to find me when I got lost finding the practice (could use with more signage) but he was so helpful.

My son William had circumcision in March this year performed by Dr Hunt at Spring Hills clinic. The surgery has been done very quick, it took about 15 mins and Dr Hunt said to me that it went very well.

After two hours when we got home, it started bleeding and then it became worse and worse. We were so panic as never saw that lots of blood. We rang Dr Hunt several times between 3am to 5am, but all went to the voice mail. (they said they provide 24/7 post surgery care, apparently it's not real) Once he returned our call and found out what happened, he said to me that he was unavailable to check on William and redo something until 1.30pm because he has upcoming surgery in the morning. From my perspective, if anything required to be done from previous surgery or patients, that should be taken as first priority.

We went to Royal Brisbane and Women Hospital (RBWH) straightaway. After a couple of hours waiting at emergency department. William has been admitted to operating theatre. We’ve been told by the urologist that she needed redo the surgery. That surgery was perfect indeed, I couldn’t express how much that I appreciate the wonderful work has been done by the urologist and the anaesthetist. They're the real medical experts who care about the patients very much so.

William stayed overnight as they’d like to monitor him to make sure everything went well and he discharged the day after. He has been look after very well during the stay in hospital, we were so grateful for the treatment received in there.

For a 14 years old boy, William was so scared when he saw himself lying in blood and experienced all this above, the trauma will definitely take a long time to recover. As parents, we’ve been suffered a lot due to the unsuccessful surgery as well. I blamed myself hundreds of times as I was the one chosen this clinic for the surgery without comparing with other places.

The whole experience makes me feel that they care about their business, their money way more than their patients. I wish that I can rate them 0 out of 5.

Had a phone enquiry, the lady on the phone was cold service, didn't feel any caring. Not interested to come in.
