My personal experience:

I had done 3 previous consultations at other practices before I came across Queensland Migration Practice. I was very confused and wasn't clear on what my options were since from the previous consults I had received conflicting information. This is exactly what I told Rosemary from Queensland Migration Practice and from the very first consultation I had already decided I was going to go with her.
