We ordered a pet door insert in 2022. We love the construction and how it seamlessly fits in with our Monument grey sliding door.

What prompted me to write a review today is the excellent customer service I received regarding replacing our door flap. We had troubles with the sharp edges the first few months of use and had to cover it with sticky tape to soften it. I emailed to replace it as I've messed up the flap with sticky tape residue and they have offered to replace it free of charge.

We've recommended this door insert a few friends now. Guests are often surprised to see our dog use the door as it's so discrete and you can hardly tell it even exists. We love it for that reason.

I purchased the dog door insert when it was the old brand and we only just recently had to replace the soft door section. I measured the space and ordered the size to match as close as possible to the older version of door and it arrived quickly and we got the soft door replaced in minutes! Love our pet door for the fact we can use our actual doors properly and our fur babies love it too !

Excellent dog door and absolutely fantastic service. Our sliding doors were slightly atypical and patio link did a great job of making sure we got our product just right. It looks great and our greyhound is already using it (despite being a bit scared of it at first).

I have to say that we had significant issues with the delivery of the product (on account of the courier hunter express) but again patio link did everything in their power to ensure the issues were resolved as smoothly as possible under the circumstances. Other than choice of courier there is absolutely nothing I can fault them on.

5 stars is not enough! I have had my dog door for 5 years now and the quality is second to none, it is easy to install and works perfectly, lasts in all weather and is extremely sturdy! On top of quality products the customer service is out of this world, Ivana is incredibly kind and helpful, she really goes the extra mile. I was contacted after putting in an order for additional accessories and ivana reached out to kindly provide her extensive knowledge and expertise to make sure I was completely set and that my order was correct and would work for what was required. Ivanas communication was prompt, polite and pleasant. This is an Australian family owned business, couldn’t be happier to support them and their quality products!

We are very happy with the product but more so the amazing customer service. Our little girl was shy using her new dog door and I reached out to Patio Link asking if others may have had the same experience and they offered plenty of suggestions including taking the magnets off the hard flap and trying a soft flap which has now made the difference and we have a very happy doggy able to come inside and out whenever she pleases. I would go as far as to say the friendly customer service I have received from Patio Link is the best I have ever received. Highly recommended!!

An absolute game changer.. this product is a must. It is practical, sturdy, and looks the part. My fluff ball (Teddy) loves it - no more calling and relaying on mommy to let him in and out - he's a big independent boy now! haha.

Great product. Even better after sale customer service. The material that looks like glass on the extension of my door scratched. Since the product has a 10 year warranty, I contacted the company about this. The sent me a replacement quickly and video instructions on how to replace that component. Incredibly impressed with the commitment to customer service post sale.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! I have the patio link door, about 8 years old, and finally needed a replacement flap after being bashed around by 4 boxers! The customer service I have received has been exceptional, the flap was an odd size and had to be custom cut. This was no problem. From beginning to end the service was fantastic! Thanks again!!

I have just recently purchased the mdm, and of course because of my door size I had to get all the extras. I was very hesitant about putting this in, but I watched all the videos a few times, built up the courage and did it.
It looks great, both the screen door and main door lock into it perfectly.
The customer service team were great and very helpful.
Our 3 and a bit puppies already knew how to use the dog door but we needed this for the security, which puts us at ease now that we can go out and know our babies are safe.

Excellent communication, asked for photos and measurements of my door and locks, and once I supplied those and paid my invoice, I received the insert within 5 days (I’m in Victoria). It fits well and looks perfect with my sliding door.

I rarely leave reviews but felt the need to make the effort this time. A solid dog door isn't that easy to find, to my surprise. PatioLink provided excellent customer service (will it fit, what size should I buy for my dog, can I collect it urgently etc) and it is now fitted easily and seems robust
My dog has a little bit of experience with dog doors from other homes but we have never had one. The door flap is light enough for him to go through confidently but heavy enough to stay down once the dog has passed through. He took to it very quickly (XL purchased for kelpie X)

Great help when ordering. Product easy enough to install, and have videos to follow along (mine was a slightly more complicated one because of my slacking slide door). Even gave tips and treats for teaching dogs to use it!

Fantastic quality product and service. I purchased the large door for my new puppy, which is exactly what I wanted. Due to living in a rental property, I couldn't alter any of the existing doors, so this was the perfect alternative and looks better than the permanent alternatives. The quality of the door is beautiful, and it looks like it was custom-made for the door. I had considered the alternative brands available, but so glad I spent the extra money and went for a good quality product, which is made in Australia. I would 100% recommend it to anyone getting a dog.

We took a chance on Patio Link as we were tired of the flies inside and summer hadn’t even started! After payment, we didn’t hear anything and I was concerned we’d be scammed, however they had provided a timeline and got damn as if that timing wasn’t perfect!

Our door is for our mastiff cross, no off-the-shelf door was big enough. The quality of this door is fantastic compared to one’s we’ve had for previous dogs. It’s not rickety with lots of panels. It is sleek and secure. Mr Brick has adapted well and enjoys having the opportunity to be in or out.
