Dell Laptop Repairs

Absolute amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

They fixed my laptop which was great. However, I was originally quoted $195 on the phone then ended up paying $290 (not including GST, it was a different guy I think that is why). I was also originally told it would only take a day to fix, then I was told a day and a half (not that big of a difference anyways so not a big deal). My screen was broken in the process of it being fixed which is fine, things happen. I was told only ten minutes before it was meant to be ready and I had already left to go get it. Now I’ve gotten my laptop back with glue all over it (near my speakers), hinge that got fixed has dents in it and the front part of the screen lifting off it. I appreciate the work they have done but I just feel like it could have been done with more care.
