Dr James Chen was absolutely wonderful. I feel incredibly blessed to have come across Ashbury! Before my surgery he had a consultation with me and talked about the possibilities and potentials post surgery. I have always been insecure with certain aspects of my body and have felt worse when meeting other doctors. But not Dr James Chen. He made me so comfortable! I felt so understood because he really listened to what I wanted to achieve. His work is truly an art form. The surgical nurses were also lovely too. Another big shoutout to Nikki for being so gentle and kind post surgery too. The assistant who did my G5 massages was also very caring too. I did (and still am) recovering well because his tips and advice are extremely helpful. Thank you Dr James Chen and your wonderful team for your hard and creative work. You will definitely see me again in the future. I highly recommend Ashbury and Dr Chen to everyone! 🩷

In 1996 I had an operation in a Hospital-vein stripping in my left leg. I thought that was the end of the varicose vein problem but then found out the veins do come back as my vein issue is hereditary. I didn’t want to continue to go through the operation regularly as it was extremely painful during recovery and I was off work for 3 weeks.
In 2006 I discovered Ashbury Clinic and found out they treated veins. I made an appointment for a consultation and Sclerotherapy was recommended for my veins. I have been having the Sclerotherapy since 2006 and still am having the treatment. Dr James Chen is doing an excellent job. He is a great communicator, extremely skilled, very thoughtful, while having the treatment he will check you are coping okay. I am very happy with the results of the Sclerotherapy. Without the treatment I would have been in pain as the painful veins won’t go away on their own. I would recommend Dr James Chen to anyone who has issues. Dr James Chen is brilliant and would suggest what treatment is available and what treatment is suitable for the issue.

Dr Chen has done an amazing job with my varicose/spider veins! Highly recommend the Sclerotherapy! Also have been getting Microdermabrasion with Lisa and she’s amazing and so is Rhonda!

So happy with the amazing staff at Ashbury. I've been receiving injections for TMJ Syndrome for over a year now and I'm happy to say that my headaches are almost nonexistent now.

Completed 3 sessions of varicose vein treatment - they are incredibly expensive, even after medicare rebate, it was $600 a session - definitely wish i had done more research on other places. Every time i had an appointment they were running 30-40 minutes late each time..

Dr was nice enough though.

I recently had a consultation with Dr Cheng. Apart from being 30 minutes late, he appeared very sarcastic when I asked what happens to the tissue extracted, he replied "why? Do you want to take it home & make a stir fry out of it? Only joking!"
I didnt find it amusing & very professional. When I asked questions, he replied very abruptly "I already told you...." I felt like I was being treated like a child being told off & having encountered his people skills, wouldn't be comfortable performing surgery on me.

Only gave a star as I had too...this clinic plays off cheap Botox as the real deal..and charges the real Botox price...and it doesn’t work..SHAME on them...stay away from this clinic as they are not doing the right thing.
