Darren and his team get it. They get great service. They’re genuine people. They take the time to make sure you get great value for money. It doesn’t matter if you’re spending $30 or $30,000 they will look after you. I will be telling everyone I know about this business and I’m proud to have purchased my latest bike from this fine establishment.

The guys at The Mountain Biker went above and beyond. From the moment we walked through the doors they were approachable, honest, answered all of our questions and had a wealth of knowledge. They have so much passion for what they do and provided the best customer service we've ever received. They were determined to understand our requirements to find the right bike and ensured we had all of the knowledge to make an informed decision. These guys stayed back well past closing time to set the bike up and make sure everything was perfect for me to start riding it straight away. Even though it was well past closing time, they also built our new bike rack on the spot and went the extra mile to modify to fit our vehicle.

Thank you guys, from the bottom of our hearts. What you've done this afternoon has absolutely fueled my passion again to get back into riding - to have my new bike to ride on my first Mothers Day is extremely special! We're also so excited to introduce our little man into the biking world on his new balance bike you helped us pick today!

You are not just a sale to them they really want to help and do right by you the customer. Dedicated Mountain bike shop ! What more could you want ?
I had a bent derailleur and hanger out on the trails and they took it in, fixed it and I was back on the trails the very next day.

Great shop with knowledgeable staff and wide a range of brands.

First time using Mountain Biker after a friends recommendation. Darren was immediately welcoming and came up with a triage solution for the eMTB issue I had. He was able to fit my bike into his schedule and resolve the problem. On return to pickup, he was very patient and generous with his time with some maintenance tips. Will be switching to the Mountain Biker for my future servicing and support needs.

I dropped my son's Giant Reign in for a non shifting issue and both Darren and Jessie took the time to strike up a conversation, talk about the symptoms that the bike was experiencing and then called me to discuss with me what options we had.
I can't believe I waited so long to take his/my bike there for repairs. Their level of attentive professionalism and genuine customer service is almost dead and buried today.

Awesome work. The team went the extra mile to ensure my son's Santa Cruz dirt jumper was fixed to perfection. Hand made some bolts and even made sure the replacement tyre matched the existing one perfectly. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! I have been riding mountain bikes for over 30 years and have lost count of the number of shoddy mechanic jobs and arrogant, unapproachable shop floor staff. This was not the the case with the guys at the Mountain Biker who went above and beyond to help me out. Thoroughly recommend!

Always great service from the guys at the mountain biker. Darren and Jesse go above and beyond to help out even when I was still unsure on what bike to choose, nothing was too much trouble at all. Also Rowan who got me back on the trail after a mishap from my own lack of experience. Down to earth and don’t just treat you like another customer. It’s clear the team enjoy what they do and help others enjoy the world of trail riding.

Couldn't speak higher of them all. Darren and the team provided help without any obligation prior to me purchasing the new frame.

Once the new frame arrives the team were more than helpful in assisting my every need where they could.

Super helpful! These guys advised me which front chain ring I could use on my bike (when I thought there wasn’t any in Australia until August) and they ordered it and had it ready within days. They then tried everything within there power to have my bike ready for the trails with the shortest notice from me. Awesome ✊
