Orthopaedic Dept called my wife and gave her the appointment time. No flexibility in time of appointment - maybe they’re busy. When asked for directions or what the best entrance was to use she was basically hung up on. My wife is on crutches, so minimising the distance she has to walk is pretty important. Less than impressed is putting it mildly

Unpleasant,unhelpful, third-world country atmosphere, waited 3 hours with my son, for a 2 minute consult. Really? This is shameful.
