Eamon Beggs has been an exceptional Community Relationship Manager, consistently going above and beyond to assist with any needs we've had. As someone who requires a lot of maintenance, I truly appreciate Eamon's dedication and responsiveness.

He was instrumental in getting the AC installation approved by the committee, persistently following up until we received an answer. Eamon has also helped us with numerous other matters, always with the same level of commitment and professionalism.

Kellie Byrne is our manager at SMG and she has been nothing short of fantastic. We were at a terrible strata company prior who charged exorbitant fees but were non-compliant and didn't provide a service, e.g. always telling us to call around for quotes to fix issues that arose and never helping us in any useful way.

Moving over to SMG with Kellie has been a real eye opener to what a real service looks like. We not only get incredible service from Kellie who goes above and beyond, but she has also managed and guided us to finally get our sinking fund back up to healthy levels. We are now planning the next lot of upgrades around the common areas and couldn't be happier with the support Kellie provides us.

I've been in my unit for 17 years, and for the first time I feel I can finally relax knowing we're in good hands. The whole committee love Kellie :)

Our complex is with SMG and our Strata manager is Rheanna. We are very happy with Rheanna and how she answers our enquiries and handles our meetings.
Her knowledge of Body Corporate law is amazing. In meetings, the majority of the time she can answer our queries off the top of her head and if not looks it up promptly.
Her handling of meetings is exceptional. She always remains calm, answers difficult questions and maintains the flow of meetings if they become sidetracked.

Kyle French - Body Corporate Manager from SMG has recently become our BC Manager, and wow, what an asset he is. Items are followed up on, he is prompt in his replies, he provides options to the BC so that we have all of the information. This all sounds very basic, but this has not been our experience with previous BC Managers from SMG. Kyle, thank you - we appreciate you and your efforts. We changed to SMG this year after receiving poor service from our previous strata manager. Kellie is our new strata manager. We have had quite a bit going on at our complex during that time and Kellie has been professional, knowledgeable and reliable to liase with, and has really assisted getting us back on track from the previous company who lost interest. It has been a Great experience to Deal with SMG since changing to them now approaching 2 years i couldn't speak any higher of our Community Manager Kellie and Assistant Abbey who both have been helpful and informative in Body corporate matters and bi- laws assisting the Committee and Residents in having pride in ownership of the Unit Complex, after a bad run of Previous Strata Managers Abbey has been very Supportive and responsive to me as a Committee member thank you Guys.

Hi, I have worked with Kellie Byrne while I was Chairman of 18 Units at Kallangur for 4 years. At the time Kellie was with another Body Corporate Management and relied on her knowledge & skills that helped us immensely.
