We have bought a dress on service paradise Branche for a full price $69.95, we decided to return it to get something smaller, they refused to give us the money back, they did not refund money we have not got out of the shop yet,
they said will give you credit to spent on the shop, because our police do not allow to give refund, so we have to stick with what we got,

I ordered quite a large order online, but received 2 garments that are not in wearable condition. I requested a return and refund, and they outright refused. I then asked to follow up with a superior, and they (Melody) still refused to allow me to return.

I ordered a pair of shorts which arrived with super long straggly threads hanging. Nothing like the photos on their website.

I also ordered a top which doesn't sit right at all - the top of the bust folds over, and the top's main body bunches up. Completely unwearable and nothing like the photos online.

This is all false advertising, and they should allow a full return.

Don't ever buy sale items at Ghanda if you don't like keeping faulty unacceptable garments.

They don't send me what I bought online and they don't refund me the full amount of money that I have spent with them. So disrespectful. It's been 2 weeks and all I want it's my money back since I did NOT received what I bought.

This company is extremely unprofessional and i urge you not to order items online. I received my items late due to not all being in stock. When i received my 4 items the Tshirt is good quality, however waffle top is poor quality and goes out of shape very quickly and one pair of flare ribbed pants still had tags on as they are not able to be worn.. They will not return even though defective..they sent late have a hidden 21 day return policy even though many factors made this not possible.. very Rude and not professional.. i have run a company for over 20 years and not always is the customer right but if you stuff up you fix it.. You did not!! We will let Consumer affairs deal with this one! The item returned to you is current stock and you know if it was wearable you would be able to resell.. it is not.. it is rubbish.

Honestly, the slowest online service ever experienced. I ordered 3 jumpers online. They weren’t put into the post until 5 days later claiming that they had a ‘huge online sale’ and we’re inundated. (10% off two jumpers IS NOT a huge sale). The jumpers eventually arrived and were waaaaay too big. The sizing isn’t even close to what it’s meant to be. I tried retuning instore but the jumpers I purchased were apparently only available online. I shipped them back for an exchange 23 days ago and the exchange still has not been put in the post. So far this ordeal has taken over 7 weeks. Such a joke, do not buy online here.

Came in on Sunday afternoon. The whole time I was there, staff never greeted any customers, but instead were on their phones, swearing and gossiping so loud that anyone in the store would’ve heard their entire vile conversation about their coworkers.

Be more professional, girls.

I was discriminated against due to a medical condition, regarding a mask. I was told I wasn’t allowed in the shop and was also asked what my medical condition was. Meanwhile people were walking in and out without checking in. I wish managers would train their staff properly. She sighed and was rude.
