Very pleasantly surprised at the high quality service! I had an exam and clean and their recommendations were detailed and easy to follow. The TV on the ceiling to watch while lying down on the dentist chair was an added bonus ;)

If you are looking for a new dentist, we highly recommend this clinic. After attending the same dentist for decades, we were very nervous about going somewhere new. The staff were kind and communicated clearly about all aspects of the treatments provided. Fantastic service. Highly recommend Dr Steven and the team.

Dr. Steven is very professional, approachable and friendly, and is very careful and patient when treating patients.
Patients are informed before each treatment is administered and asked if they feel any discomfort and need to rest.
Once the symptoms are discovered, the patient will also be informed of the treatment options, and detailed explanations will be provided to help the patient choose the appropriate course of treatment.
This is my only choice for dental clinics in Australia.

I recently visited my local dentist, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The staff at this dental practice are incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
The dentist who performed my cleaning was gentle and meticulous, ensuring my comfort while effectively removing plaque and stains. He was not only skilled but also had an excellent manner, which made me feel relaxed and confident in his care.

The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained, with modern equipment and advanced technology. The hygienic environment further added to my peace of mind, knowing that the highest standards of safety and cleanliness were being upheld.

Friendly, thoughtful, caring and attention to detail, Steven is a fantastic dentist who has looked after me and my young family for several years. Have had multiple procedures done, from checkups and cleans to major fillings and a dental bridge. Highly recommended practice!

My family have been seeing Steven for years now, he is through and caring. He is also great and gentle with kid my 3 years old wasn’t sacred at all and was very happy after seeing him. Steven takes his time to listen and explain treatments to me. I highly recommended him as a dentist.

We had such a wonderful experience with Ascent Dental.

My 15 year old son was in intense pain due to a tooth abscess and Stephen kindly fitted him in for an emergency appointment the same day- despite not being an existing patient at the time. He was able to perform the procedure (which our usual general dentist hadn’t been confident in doing, referring us to a specialist which meant dealing with uncontrollable pain in the meantime) which went completely as planned. Stephen is clearly a very skilled and experience dentist.

We are so grateful and we will be transferring our whole family’s general dental care to Ascent.

My five year old son was scared of seeing a dentist before yet he was really happy with Steven. My 6 year old daughter even said seeing a dentist is one of her favourite things. I have been seeing Steven the dentist in Kangaroo Point for many years. Dr Chen has been providing regular comprehension check up and clean for me, and I also had a few dental fillings done by him. He is passionate about oral health and often provide tips to me on how to look after my teeth. I would recommend Ascent Dental to anyone new in the area.

What a wonderful, professional dentist. Dr Chen and his team are caring and gentle. They are available Saturdays. My kids enjoy going to the dentist thanks to Dr Chen. I strongly recommend Ascent Dental for regular checkups and more advanced procedures including teeth whitening (our family have needed all of the above).

I highly recommend. The children were made to feel so comfortable and loved the special kids glasses and way the dentist Steven explained things to them. They were not nervous at all and happy to go back in 6 months.

I have been going to Ascent Dental for several years now and couldn’t recommend them more highly. There staff are always very friendly and have helped me out wether it be just a check up, filling or even a veneer. The dentist and the lady behind the desk were so professional and friendly.
I was very insecure about my teeth but they made me feel comfortable and even gave me some products to take home. This will now be the dentist my Family and I will go to.

The receptionist was absolutely amazing, so friendly and welcoming. Very easy to talk to. Also the dentist himself was also very patient and kind. He also took the time to ask about me and get to know you me well. Whilst their attitude was top knotch, I also got a clean and I was very impressed by the end result. Would highly reccommmend 😋
