I feel communication is important between agents and landlord’s and she understands how valuable time is and acknowledges issues so they are resolved asap to keep tenants and owners happy. I have been renting with CBS for the past 6 years, I have never had an issue with the real estate, they have always been efficient, quick turn around times on requested jobs and communications, and always very accommodating to me. Our new property manager Pippa Herlaar has been fantastic thus far in rectifying after hours faults, and accommodating my needs with my health issues, as well as responding promptly and efficiently in regards to enquires I have had. I'm thankful that she has been such a delightful property manager for us thus far and look forward to continuing with her!

I absolutely loved dealing with Naomi and David for my Jade apartment rental. They were very friendly and helpful, and made my experience renting at Jade Apartments in Albion such a pleasure.

As a female living alone, I was careful to choose an apartment that I felt safe in and had reliable property managers I could trust and call on for assistance. My apartment itself was gorgeous, and I loved the shared pool/spa and BBQ area. I felt safe going to the pool alone as it was well exposed and there was always someone working from the Jade team nearby. The Jade apartments location also could not have been more central.

Naomi and David are based at Jade apartments so once I moved in, both of them were always there to help if I needed anything. They were also very quick to respond to emails and calls, even after hours. I would easily say they went above and beyond in their roles and therefore I would highly recommend both of them and the Jade apartments.

Really pleased with such amazing experience with this company. In particular Pippa and Naomi. Their customer service was outstanding. They provided service excellence with prompt and ongoing communication. It turned a challenging situation into an enjoyable experience. They went above and beyond to help me so thank you CBS.

Rented a unit at Jade in Albion for 2 years - very good experience.
People who worked onsite (David, Naomi and Linda) were very friendly and helpful on multiple occasions.
Laura helped me to find a cleaner when moving out and gave me some tips about the procedures.
I recommended Jade to a friend of mine, who now rents there and is happy with the place and people who work there.

CBS Porperty Group was the real estate agent for my rental in Northagte. As tenants, the staff and property managers were very attentive and always responsed promptly. Any maintenance issues and any follow ups were dealt with quickly. Great communication!

After 3 years of joyful tenancy in an apartment that was managed by CBS, we moved out last week. CBS Property was professional, helpful and understanding during those 3 years. Communication is very easy with them and they always genuinely try to make everything easier for the tenant. I recently became a client of CBS. To date, CBS has communicated well, been responsive to queries and provided sound advice regarding properties.

I don't have much experience of agents but can't fault CBS, who have been managing our investment property from the beginning. They appear to be very professional and to know what they're doing. Any issues or questions I have are always answered immediately, and their experience and capability just shines through. Our current rental manager is Alanna Tahere and she's been awesome so far. Very professional. Bottom line - CBS make it very easy for us and take care of everything to do with our rental. Happy to recommend.

I have just moved out of Jade Apartments at Albion and lived there for 4 years. The only reason for leaving is that I am buying my own place.
I always found it a great location, plenty of room in the 3 bedroom unit and common areas and pool were always kept clean and tidy.
David and Naomi have always been helpful and responsive whenever we needed anything.
I have enjoyed living there and always felt safe and secure.
