This shop is like a slice of heaven in Smithfield. It is filled with gorgeous clothes and lovely gifts. I could have spent all day in there. It smells so good and whoever does their buying, does an exceptional job. If you need to buy a gift for your best friend or your mum or you want to treat yourself to something beautiful, this is the place to go.

Easily the best lifestyle store in North Queensland. The range and quality are exceptional. It is so beautiful to explore the entire store, it will not disappoint and you will not leave empty handed. Simply a lovely experience. Great job Kiri - wishing you the very best.

Recently went to The Bay Tree Home store and was very impressed of how beautifully presented it was and the arrangement of homewares that they had on display.

Terrible customer service, walked in to take a look was getting stared at the whole entire time I was shopping EYEBALLING me and my mate. My mate got accused of using a kids barbie hairbrush in the store, she didn’t even touch the hairbrush. The blonde hair woman with black glasses claimed it was on footage but refused to show my mate, all she could say was “ it’s on camera it’s on camera “ . Don’t recommend ! horrible customer service.

Shocking customer service! As a long term customer who has spent a lot of money in this store, I expected more. Went in looking for champagne glasses for a friend, found some and started taking a short video of the glasses to show her. The lady at the register promptly asked “can I help you” from half way across the room in the most condescending tone. I told her what I was doing and she said advised me that wasn’t allowed. I’m not sure what ulterior motive I could have possibly had. I deleted the video and almost ran out. I understand if this was against their store policy but it could have been handled much differently. I felt like I was being treated as if I had just stolen something. Absolutely mortified, especially considering how much I have spent in this store over the years. I will never go back to this place. Would have given 0 stars if I could.

Absolute worst shop and customer service I have been in two times I have just moved from the Sunshine Coast and wanted to buy furniture for our new place the first time I got ignored and the little guy just stared at me the whole time like I was going to steal an 6 seater dinner table .. the second time I went in the lady with the blonde hair and glasses almost made me feel like a walked into her home without asking I was very unwelcome told my my daughter not to touch the products said she picked up a glass ball when she just touched it .. the shop is overpriced anyway you can buy most of there stuff cheaper online what an awful experience if you are local or holiday in cairns stay away there are many more places that provide similar stock and actually want you to be there this shop makes me sick

I would give 0 stars if I could because I lasted all but 20 seconds in this store before an employee walked up to me whilst looking interrogatively in my trolley and instructed me to leave it at the door or counter without giving me a reason. I decided to just leave because it felt like I was being suspected of stealing. I had no idea they did not allow trolleys in store, being so close to a major shopping center where there are trolley users everywhere. If there was a sign up that says no trolleys, I didn't see it! I won't be returning.

Worst shop ever, I bought a birthday present and it was un-used still wrapped up from when I bought it.. I took it back because it wasn't needed, even tho I had my receipt and the item wasn't used or anything, no refunds.. What type of shop doesn't have refunds!?!? Never shopping there again and telling anyone I know not to.
