Officeworks West Burleigh

Went in searching for some study supplies for school, and one of the young team members (Sophia) was able to help me find all the items I was looking for. In fact she was even able to point out some extra items that could help me with my studies that I would otherwise not have thought of and purchased
It was a pleasant experience with a kind and passionate staff member. I will definitely be returning to buy study equipment next time.

I was overwhelmed when I walked in, feeling time restrained as I had to take care of a few last minute tasks and Mia was so kind to help me get everything ready and printed for the following morning. Janine was also such a pleasure with her customer service.

Mia served me this week with a smile and went out of her way to ensure that the photos I needed were how I thought they would be. As an 80yr old, my computer skills are limited and Mia was very kind and patient. Thank you Officeworks and Mia.

I had some of my daughter's digital artwork made into posters. I put them in at lunchtime and they were ready before closing time the same day! I was expecting it to take at least a week. The two ladies were very helpful and friendly and they were great with advice. Very happy with the service and the posters are wonderful. Thank you.

Looking for toshiba laptop charger after going to JB Hifi Pacfair.Customer service here was more than I expected and beyond.They helped and explained everything I needed to know. They were very attentive.I actually was very satisfied.Service does count "not just show an item and up to you to buy it .If your not
satisfied you contact manufacturer" no not in my books.

Ange Reid provided the best customer service I have seen in over 20 years. I needed a barcode scanner that was only available on-line and needed it quickly. She made some calls, got it sent to the store the next day, then hand delivered it to me. She is an amazing employee. Thank you Ange.

Nathan in the computer section assisted in a professional and friendly manner. He took the time to listen and follow through with my problem. Highly recommended.

I came in a few weeks ago as I had problems with my photos downloading from a apple phone to a Microsoft computer
Matt a lovely man helped me so much and kindly lent me a computer to try and see if it worked on a different computer or if it was mine
Another older gentleman also came over to help
Both were wonderful. I am coming back to buy a printer next few days as I wouldn’t go elsewhere due to the support I got that day.

JOANNA at the West Burleigh Officeworks is an absolute star. I had my certificates printed although they didn’t come out on one piece of paper as I wanted them to, she fixed it up for me with no problem to her at all. This is how you keep customers!! I will defiantly be coming back here for future printing. Thanks so much once again. We are very happy with how they came out too. Great customer service!

Good place well organised

Our business uses Officeworks at West Burleigh a lot. Friendly and very helpful staff, all knowledgeable and there to help.

The best indicator for us is when we need help fast - we had some urgent printing (large posters) we needed within an hour. Almost impossible - Liz and Jo got it done (sorry to put the pressure on for next time when people read this review and come in for urgent printing!!).

Needed some photos printed,from my phone & then laminated. No problem . The helpful friendly staff sorted it out in no time at all. Not expensive either. Can certainly recommend.
