Australian Skin Cancer Clinics - Surfers Paradise

We attend this clinic up to twice yearly and we consistently experience professionalism from all of the staff. Dr Sean is thorough in his examination and clearly communicates. Furthermore, the free on street parking makes each visit convenient. We highly recommend this clinic.

Had a large cyst removed very professionally by Dr Paul Ferguson. A quick and comfortable experience. Skin check was very thorough too. Pleasant people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Been twice and will go again. Extremely thorough review, will answer and concerns you have. Busy little clinic, but all the good ones are, but if you are not sure which ones to look out for they will give you a full body exam to make sure none are hiding in the areas you can't see.

Very pleased with the care that I received from Dr Sean and the team today.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years, but was highly disappointed with my visit yesterday.
I was called by the receptionist same day to change my 4pm as the doctor had surgeries at 4, so I cancelled some other commitments to be there an hour earlier, only to be told when I turned up for my appointment that there 5 people waiting in front of me, I said I'll be back in at 4 for my original appointment, only to be told that I would lose my spot and will be put in after the surgeries.
So I sat and waited until 3.55 pm to have my 10 minute appoinment, with not so much as an apology.
I used to travel over an hour to see the doctor, not anymore. Fed up and had enough.
Already found a new skin cancer doctor.

Front receptionist has been dismissive and unpleasant on three seperate occasions with different members of my family. Can't possibly be a 'bad day' everyday! We'll look further afield. Thankyou.
