I was very satisfied with my first appointment at this practice. I saw the nurse firstly who was very kind and communicative. I was then seen by Dr Marek (I was recommended him by a friend) who was much more thorough than any GP I've seen before. He performed a lot of physical tests quickly and efficiently including ones I'd never had before like flexibility tests and looking up my nose with a scope.

He already uncovered one chronic issue which explains a lot of my symptoms. It felt good to get answers and feel like I was in good hands. He was also very mindful of the fact I travelled from further away. I'll definitely be back to see him.

Dr Marek is one in a million. He is so dedicated, passionate and thorough with his patients. After seeing many doctors in the past year who never bothered to look into my health concerns, I stumbled across Marek, & within 2 weeks of meeting he has found multiple issues within my body that he’s now helping me to heal. If you’re thinking about visiting him, please do. His hard work and positive attitude will give you so much hope for your health and future.

I’ve been a regular patient of this clinic for 3 years, and can testify to the professionalism of every doctor, nurse and of course the wonderful administration staff. Every doctor I’ve seen has made me feel nothing but comfortable, but I especially commend Dr Marek and Dr Corinne for going above and beyond when providing medical care. Consistent service, treatment and education is a given at this wonderful clinic, no other medical centre on the Gold Coast compares. Thank you all very much.

By far the best medical centre on the coast. I’ve been several times between receiving care for myself as well as my baby. I’ve never had a long wait and the doctors always take a good amount of time with us, ensuring the diagnosis is thorough and that we understand everything. We’ve particularly appreciated the care we’ve received from Dr Ngo and Dr Tam. The reception staff have always been pleasant and efficient as well. Highly recommend!

Have recently moved interstate from Sydney, it was important for our family to find a good doctor. We found Dr Jason Lol Tam at Reedy Creek. Excellent listener and thorough in his work. Dr Lo Tam even went as far as speaking to specialist down in Sydney on my behalf, and arranging for a long awaited surgery to take place a lot sooner then anticipated. There are many positive reviews about Dr Lo Tam, and his colleagues and front staff at the Medical Centre, I can testify that these reviews are accurate and true.

Absolutely fantastic practice. Dr Jason Lo Tam is exceptional my family has been seeing him for just over a year and will continue to do so. The nurses on staff are thoughtful and caring, reception are always accommodating and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr Jason Lo Tam since he came to Reedy Creek Medical, and he is the best doctor I've ever had. Actually listens to you and doesn't just try to get you out the door. The nurses and reception staff are also lovely and work really hard. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor in the Gold Coast.

Staff were very courteous and timely. We waited less than 3 minutes to see Dr Jason who is very knowledgable and supportive.
If you are looking for a Medical Centre where you are treated with respect and dignity, this is a great place.
As always, there are rude patients who expect to be seen straight away regardless of who else has been waiting, but the staff try hard to appease them and keep them informed where the queue is up to.
The most we have ever waited was 15 minutes and that was when there are an emergency/ unexpected incident when an elder lady was seeing a Dr.

For the treatments carried out by Dr. Max Po has been outstanding. The frequent follow ups made me felt like I have been taken care of with priority. Advice provided by Dr. Po was sharp as he listens to the patient carefully, whereas, with my past experience, I have been to careless GPs who pays no attention to patient’s need. I would strongly recommend anyone who needs medical assistant to have Dr. Max Po at Reedy Creek Clinic on the top of their list. Best of the best!

The best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I have complete faith in Dr Marek Ciarkowski and know I am in safe hands. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He genuinely cares about his patients and will happily go the extra mile for you. I would not consider changing doctors and highly recommend him to everyone!

This clinic is so good at taking care of me and my family. Lately the wait times have become almost zero and we all feel well cared for with the doctors all being excellent. Apart from our regular doctor Jason we have also seen Max Dr No and Dr Chand and they are all excellent Thanks.

This medical centre has been our entire family's GP for over 5 years now and all of us have always received excellent, individualized care, support and advice. This medical centre and its staff always go the extra mile to ensure that we get the most sensible, appropriate and practical care for our health and well being.

Over the years we have all been treated for those simple and common health inconveniences and additionally, this medical centre and its entire staff absolutely shines when presented with serious and more complex concerns and issues. I have been going to Reedy Creek Medical Centre since 2011 when my son was born. My son has had all his immunisations with Dr Max Po and after having my daughter in 2017 I would never go anywhere else. We live in Pimpama and travel in the traffic without complaint as Dr Po is very attentive with great bedside manner and also the nurses are very informative and caring. My partner has also seen Dr Jason for work medical and when he wasn’t able to get into Dr Po and said he was very happy with the service. The best Drs surgery I have been too.

I highly recommend Reedy Creek Medical. I commend Dr Jason Lo Tam as a genuine Doctor that is concerned for his patients and spends time getting to know you and understand what you are going through. I have seen lots of Dr's in the past but Dr Jason is a 10/10. This is a first for me to give a review for a Dr, so if you need that one special Dr try out Reedy Creek Medical centre as they have it all.

Our experience is Great the Doctors and staff are always ready to help, my Down's syndrome son is treated with respect as is every one and the Doctors take care to check all that is required and more , it is so good to be able to have your blood tests and many other tests done right there.
There is also a chemist ,so no need to drive all over the place to fill your script. I am grateful to each of them.Thank you for the GREAT Service.

Dr Ciarkowski is a phenomenal doctor. Genuinely interested in healing people and doesn't treat you like a number. Has a Wealth of knowledge & he's a total game changer for health. Can't recommend him enough!!. The girls at reception here are amazing too, always professional and lovely. 10/10 for this centre

Called up then came in on the same day to collect lab test results. Receptionist was very accomodating.

This is an outstanding medical practice in our local community offering the highest of care and professionalism. Dr Jason, Dr Max and the team are all remarkable doctors operating with the patients best interests as their top priority. Our whole family attend RCMC and I feel confident that we have access to best medical care available in our community.
