Alexandra Motel & Motor Inn

Such a great little motel. The room was great, with a beautiful view of the pool and the grounds (which were immaculate). Even though it was pouring with rain, it was so lovely to sit outside. Motel is walking distance to main street.
Service was friendly and informative when he couldn't help me with my query other options were provided.
Hopefully we'll be back. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely place to stay. Quiet, private and friendly staff and management. While the rooms may be a little dated they are clean and if a good quality. Beds are super comfy too. My place of choice whenever I visit this area for work. Helen from The BraVan

The Alexandra Motor Inn was the perfect venue for our group to call base for the 'Yea Open Gardens Weekend'. As all rooms opened onto the lawn, BBQ area and pool, it was the perfect gathering point for all travellers to meet up, sit outside late afternoon for drinks and a 'catch up', then enjoy our outdoor meal.
Owners Bade and Cassie were delightful hosts and accommodated our group booking over some time span to assure we could all stay together for this drive tour.
We are grateful to them, and wish to thank them for their hospitality. We all had such a nice time.

I judge motels on their service and cleanliness as the tariff generally matches the age and fit out of the room. In this case the service was fantastic, the room was spotless and had everything I needed. The pool looks incredible and offer a nice view from the room.

Very clean and tidy. Owners are so welcoming. The only place we stay in Alexandra. The pool is always clean. Kids always have a great time.

included mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and had a back door opening to a nice back yard with access to a warm pool that was available till late.

We couldn’t say more about the Alex Motel. Rooms are exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfy, black out blinds. Pristine clean pool and the hosts extremely accomodating & welcoming.

I am sorry I may have given the wrong impression in my previous review. My daughter and I have stayed at your motel twice and my late husband and I twice also. The motel is comfortable, clean and reasonably priced and would stay there again. Also our room was made available a little earlier after I was released from Alex. Hospital.

A warm and cosy have on a cold day! Very comfortable and pleasant room with a lovely outlook to the gardens. Staff were lovely.

Cassie (a stranger until I called her) helped me organise and even deliver a gift to my dad on Father’s Day while I was in London. She went above and beyond—juggling front desk duties and helping guests. I've stayed in so many hotels that I've come to expect indifference at the front desk, but Cassie broke the mold. If more folks in the hospitality business were like her, we'd all check out happier.

If you’re after that authentic small town Australian hospitality, where the staff treats you like family, this is the place! Thank you for creating such a special memory - Cant wait to meet in person some day soon.

Very neat and convenient family room. Helpful reception. Was asking them for a shop where I can take a printout. They offered to print it for me, no questions asked. Not far from town centre, walkable distance . Can easily accommodate a family of four.

Have stayed at this motel on a couple of occasions and always been happy with the service.
Staff always friendly, nice sized clean and comfortable rooms.

Stayed here while catching up with friends near by. Will definitely revisit. Very clean room, basic but with all you need. Owners very helpful and friendly. Pool excellent.

Very comfortable and clean rooms at a good price. The 5 stars are well deserved as out hosts allowed us to wash our cloths in their laundry, certainly not usual practise. We had ridden on the Great Victorian Rail Trail on a wet day and were soaked through and filthy dirty. Thank you so much, it saved the day!

We loved our impromptu stay in the family room. The room was extremely clean, had everything we needed. The kids used the pool as well. The outdoor area and bbq area all where very well maintained. Great price and great accommodation. Would strongly recommend!
