We were in a bit of a bind because we were leaving the country on Monday April 1st (moving overseas) and Bunnings had run out of carpet cleaners all over GC. So I called and booked with Carpet Ninja by phone, the night before Easter wkd on good friday, he answered my text after 9pm, he sent me the link to fill out details and I sent him photos. I paid in advance. Chris was really great to deal with, made the whole thing so easy for me. He did a fantastic job too according to the new tenants. Would happily use him again, definitely recommend!

We called Chris to clean our carpets many yrs ago and have and will continue to use his services. Our previous carpet cleaning experiences were a little bit hit and miss. We trust that Chris will always do an excellent job- and he does. Friendly service- always on time- easy and fast communication everytime. As Chris was tied up today, Rashaan came out to do the carpets and I was very happy with the results. I would highly recommend either of them doing your clean. Chris was amazing! Had a pet urine stain who ~someone~ else tried to remove and browned the carpet over a metre wide. Chris was able to remove the original stain and the error of the first cleaner who made the problem worse and was so professional and friendly. Went out of his way to get the job done properly.
