Best ride ever!! Hired 2 E bikes for 3 hours and had a blast. Just Ride were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Great experience all around.

My brother was visiting from Melbourne and wanted to thrash around Nerang trails for a few hours. We hired an E-MTB for him from Just Ride. They set him up and were on our way. Noticed about about 90 minutes in that my own bike needed some repairs so we went back to the shop, they had my bike up on the stand and ready to go in ten minutes. Excellent service.

Bought my first high end road bike with Jans in 2021 and recently bought my second with him last month. Both outstanding experiences. He’s a pro at bike fitting and really cares about people. If you’re in the market for a new road bike I would highly recommend getting in touch with him.

What fabulous service I experienced today at Just Ride, a truly wonderful bike store. I was quite nervous about getting back on an MTB after being out of the saddle for years. However, Gavin & Rhiannon were incredibly reassuring and patient with me. They took the time to walk me through various bike options, and once we decided on the perfect one, their meticulous set up and detailed explanations were outstanding. Their remarkable attention to detail and extensive knowledge clearly demonstrate their passion for riding as well. I am truly grateful to Just Ride for helping me get back out on the trails. 🫶

The crew is the real deal. Traditionally a mountain biker myself, I ordered in a road bike that took some time (supplier issue, nothing to do with Just Ride Nerang) and they honoured the special price, which was a great deal. I discovered a small issue a day or so after pickup, which as it turned out, was likely my issue they resolved it with absolute professionalism and courtesy. They have a great range of MTB clothing and supplies as well, and plenty of great bikes. It's the kind of place that you want to make sure you go back and spend money, because they put the time and effort into supporting you as a rider. They say word of mouth is the best advertising, and that holds true here for sure.

I was just blown away by the amazing service I got when I needed to get my son's puncture repaired on his bicycle.

It was the Thursday before the Easter long weekend and I was moving house which is a very stressful experience. I had never been to Just Ride Nerang before and to be honest I felt a little awkward walking in with my second-hand mountain bike with a flat tire and looking quite dishevelled from moving house all morning. The store is presented immaculately and is clearly stocked with some top of the range gear.

I was pointed to the service desk and while booking the bike in, it was the little things that really impressed me. Courteous service and great communication about when I could expect the bike to be ready. It was also obvious that these guys are passionate about running a good bike service area. Even the peg board in the service area was neat and organised.

I also run a small business on the Gold Coast and dealing with Just Ride Nerang highlighted to me how important and how pleasant it is to be treated with such good service. When I collected the bike the service fee was very reasonable, and I was so impressed with your same day turnaround and text message to say the bike was ready.

You guys really made my day, and my son has loved being able to ride around our new yard while spent the whole weekend unpacking boxes 😊

Excellent service from all the guys at Just Ride Nerang. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that took the time to answer all of our questions and talk us through the best options for a new bike. Ended up purchasing a great bike at a great price and the staff were very quick to get it ready for us to ride out the door after running us through everything we needed to know and making sure we had everything we would need for care of the bike. Thanks again guys particularly Mark who was so patient and happy to answer all of our questions!

Was a good experience, testing out an ebike coming from only riding analogue bikes. Just Ride crew helpful in briefing me on all the modes. This was bike exceeded expectations. Able to zip out to the outer trails and back in the 3 hour time limit.

Knowledgeable staff, great communication, bike ready when requested. Workshop had all the parts I needed to customise my build and were able to fill the knowledge gaps when needed. All round excellent experience, thanks.

Best bike shop I’ve ever been too! Getting back into road cycling after nearly a decade out of the sport and Jans was so patient, diligent and just an all round legend of a guy. There’s SO much stock to look at, try out, test. They do bike fittings which are awesome. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Great service. We hired a bike for my son and they did a great job getting it ready. Great to talk with and get advise. The did my tires and fitted new peddles. If I was local I could see myself spending Saturdays hanging at that shop.

Just wanted to give send a big thankyou to Just Ride and especially Rhiannan for helping me out recently.
The part was just a small little rubber insert that sits on top your headset screw.
She took the time to go searching through all the spare odds and ends they have in there workshop, and found one for me.
Most other shops would just say sorry we don't have any.
I couldn't speak highly enough of how polite and helpful she was.
