Pindara Private Hospital

My wife has been in a lot of hospitals and this was the first time she had a completely positive experience with the staff and care she reviewed. The nursing staff were excellent, the doctors were fantastic. I was particularly impressed with the anaesthetist who rang her beforehand and was extremely understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate. The pain management nurse was incredible. If there was any minor negative thing to mention it would be the strange practice of offering alcoholic drinks to the patients.

I just got discharged from the hospital today! I wanted to take a moment to thank my OB, Dr. Suhad, and the Pindara maternity team for making the delivery of my first child so smooth and comfortable. As first-time parents, my husband and I were a bit nervous, but they made the whole transition so memorable,convenient and friendly.We really appreciate all their help!

I could not speak more highly of the staff and process's at Pindara Hospital. I attended to have Nymp Node Biopsy and Surgery to remove a Melanoma, I stayed in overnight, my surgeon was the lovely Dr Geoff Miller, his skill and bedside manner had given me the confidence to know I was in good hands. From the moment I arrived to the day I was discharged it was the most wonderful experience. Naturally I was nervous but every single staff member in the hospital made me feel at ease, I knew they were busy but they all made time for me to make me feel comfortable and to let me know that I was an important patient, they all showed true professionalism from the XRay Department staff to the orderlies/Nurses/Anesthetist (Dr Jo Maria) and Theatre Staff. Thank you thank you thank you. Never underestimate the power of kindness.

Everyone was so lovely from walking in the door and having lovely admin to the triage nurse who was so understanding and lovely, to Dr Hazam, he was so thorough and genuinely cared! To the phlebotomist Raphael great guy! I don’t normally remember peoples names

First time surgery for me and I was very nervous. All the staff at Pindara made it so much better than I was anticipating. Thank you to everyone who looked after me - you were all amazing 🌟🤗 I’d highly recommend my room as it was quiet. Room 83 Ward 1C

Excellent service & professionalism from staff. The cardiologist (Dr Khatri) saved my friend's life after a heart attack. Much appreciated for everything you have done for him 🙏 Every life is precious, & you treated him like a Prince🤴 Thank you

Great staff whom a very caring, operation went super smooth. Very tidy facility. Thank you to all the lovely staff whom cared for me during my overnight stay.

I would like to thank Dr Jason from ED that saw my daughter Sophie on the 16/06. Dr Jason is not just an example of a great doctor but an example of an amazing human being . He displayed knowledge, care and the most amazing caring handling to a child . Thank to Dr Jason and the awesome team of nurses my daughter Sophie could celebrate her birthday on the day after ! Dr Jason and team. The world need more people like you ! Sending all our love !

In recovery room Isaac and Tyler they was so helpful and happy , made my day stay very comfortable and fun .

I had very pleasant experience! Nurses were extremely helpful and friendly. Admission was quick and easy.

The nursing staff here in the heart ward were amazing, caring people. They showed lots of compassion and warmth for my 1st angiogram. The team was Isaac, Sue and Taylor. Isaac went out of his way when Luke came to take me to the pre op room and Isaac was aware how anxious I was, and walked me down too. He was very attentive to a very nervous patient with his explanations and lots of knowledge and Luke came and sat down too and made sure I understood everything and was comfortable with warm blankets.Thanks so much.

Everything about this hospital is fantastic it's my pick for sure the staff are lovely they have great emergency department the wait times are not very long at all at anytime I've been. The Maternity ward is so nice they have deluxe suites for couples that have the king bed and big tv and room service and a lot of other things come with those suites and the other rooms still couples can sleep there as well you just don't get the added extras it's up to you what you choose when you go in for your tour. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff in Maternity they are the best, the other wards I've been to are nice also and staff are lovely and helpful also it's just obviously a different experience to the joy of a welcoming a baby , to being sick so as a whole I would recommend the hospital all its staff,Dr's and specialist any day of the week. The food is so good my garden salad was truly amazing Cheers

I’m a DVA veteran and have recently been admitted to Pindara Private Hospital for surgery. I have to say the staff there are all really friendly, helpful and efficient, they always made sure I was comfortable and checked in on me regularly. Hospital stays can be unpleasant but my stay at Pindara considering everything was definitely a pleasant experience. I have been to many hospitals, had countless surgeries and I highly respect a job of a nurse and they definitely made my stay as comfortable as possible.

We had the most lovely experience, given the circumstances. We were treated with such kindness in A&E. All the staff were prompt and amazing. Thank-you Dr Jason for treating my daughter.

I attended the hospital late evening on a Friday night. Admission was efficient and friendly. After triage by a nurse, I was shown to a ED room where 2 nurses prepped me for ECG, bloods etc. Very soon a doctor arrived who was very thorough. Following his recommendations, I was admitted for the night for observation. Room was readied with TV running. The ward was quiet enough to sleep and nurses monitored me every few hours until a good breakfast was brought at 0630.
Staff all pleasant and professional. Consulting specialist arrived promptly the next morning. Everything running on rails during my stay of 12 hours. Recommend private hospital for the Gold Coast area.

I want to say thankyou to Dr Hassan and team for taking care of me throughout my surgery and the nurses on ward big shout out to Sarah,Jo and the other nurses who looked after me while staying the 2 nights I was in also a big thankyou to the cleaning lady sorry I forgot her name for the cleanliness of my room and bathroom.Pindara Private you didn't disappoint I was extremely happy while in your Thankyou to everyone 😊

Well looked after by all staff from emergency to ward . Appreciate when you are unwell

I attended the hospital Friday evening and was seen by the Triage nurse within 15 minutes of arrival! I was then moved to the ED and prepped for an ECG, Bloods etc Shortly there after I was seen by Dr James Young Jamieson who was extremely thorough, knowledgeable AND listened to my concerns and diagnosed my issue whilst also putting my mind at ease. The entire team in the ED were warm, friendly and caring. I cannot recommend Pindara highly enough
