Off Ya Tree Surfers Paradise

Thank you so much to the amazing Stevie for making my daughter so comfortable when getting her belly button pierced (about 3 weeks ago now)! She explained the process, made her feel safe and gave her a few laughs as well. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!

Will be back again next time we visit Surfers, because my girl definitely ain't done yet with the piercings!

We love this Off Ya Tree location! Have gone multiple times over the years to get tattooed and pierced and it's always an excellent experience! The current tattoo artist, Scott, is amazing- super friendly, very talented, very gentle! Got piercings done too (I think by Jess) who was lovely! Even the front door staff are friendly and so kind. Love Off Ya Tree in general, but we always try and stop by here when in Surfers!

Absolutely incredible team there. The girls have big personalities and are great for banter. Even when some off street addict comes in and try’s to barge his way thru the place they stood their ground and could not be more apologetic after what happened . We got 4 piercings in total and the experience was amazing. Was cool to find out the double septum was a rare piercing and that I was the third one.
Would 200% recommend the team they are so incredibly awesome and friendly

I was assisted by the lovely Enika who helped me organise my piercing and tattoo, she was very welcoming, comfortable yet very professional at the same time. they were so very helpful along with the other staff there that day

On my last day of holidays, was adamant to get a piercing done. The 2 for $ special got me, and I ended up getting 2 piercings. My rook and conch. All the girls here were awesome in fitting me in on the spot. The piercist that did them was AMAZING at helping me prepare for the pain. It didn't end up being bad at all. She was amazing. Can't recommend your next piercing here enough💜

I had an amazing experince getting my tattoo here with tattoo artist Paul. The girls at the front desk are so kind!
Also the tattoo artist did exactly what i wanted and did it even better than i expected
Will definitely be back again for more tattoos

Made the last minute decision to have my conch pierced. Taylor (I hope I’m spelling it correctly!) was knowledgeable and super sweet, helped me decide what side to do it on (wasnt sure if it would clash with my pre existing daith). Also had my daith earring replaced here. Will definitely be back on my next holiday :D

Wonderful and friendly team, great recommendations and knowledge on certain products. Got a tattoo a while back and the artist was amazing, it was sad to see he has left since.

Had a wonderful experience with Stevie. Best piercer I've had. She made me feel super comfortable, was warm and friendly and highly professional and was super quick and as painless as possible. Tha ks Stevie!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mik for being the most helpful and welcoming person ever! We came to look at some clothes and Mik helped convinced my friend to get two new beautiful piercings! Mik was very kind and positive and really made our day! <3

In love with the shop as a whole. Great staff and great prices. My Rook piercing was quick and easy. Painless too! They are so so gentle and efficient. Changing gloves and cleaning room between clients. Would totally recommend!

I got my flat and thirds pierced by the lovely mic ( I think that was what her name was ) and she was so sweet and lovely and made me feel very calm and she did a absolutely fantastic job! she was amazing, isabelle had wonderful service too. such a lovely experience!!

I came in on Sunday 7/8 and was served by the most lovely girl, (not sure of her name but she had red hair) best customer service!! She was such a nice person. I also got my nose pierced and the girl who did it was also just as amazing, so happy with my experience here.

I went yesterday for four piercings. Jess did them and she was amazing! So knowledgeable and sweet. Made it a very easy experience. 100% recommend her.
