Ampd Brothers Electric

I purchased an Ampd Bros cargo trailer from Easy Ride Bikes Moana South Australia. I don't like online purchases and needed someone local to put it together 🤔 professionally. As not to void warranty.

I am very happy with it. I did have an Override trailer but it was heavier, not well balanced and kept tipping over on soft sand, small rocks and slopes of the beach. Apart from that it constantly snapped and bending couplings. Worse,  it actually bent the drawbar once.

My new one from Ampd Bros has not tipped over at all in 2 months 😊 of having it.

This goes well through the chopped up sand going onto the beach at Moana beach. Not even looking like tipping.

Being able to convert to a trolly is a brilliant idea. I have fitted it out with a storage box which takes everything I need to go to the beach ⛱ daily. Including 2 chairs.

It will be also great to go shopping with.

I did follow up with a couple spare parts the service was great and Paul worked with me regarding payment 😊😊😊😊

I think ebikes are great, made every better by a GOOD trailer. The Ampd Bros trailer has made the perfect set-up, in my opinion.

I also purchased 3 horn/alarms. They work so well as an alarm and the horn is great when on bike/pedestrian paths, when people are on the phone or listening to music with headphones.

I have bee dealing with Ampd Brothers since 2019 and purchased 3 x Ace bikes and they have all been fantastic, we cant live with out our Ace bikes. The technical support from Liam and the service team is outstanding. All minor issues or questions about maintaining the bikes are answered immediately.
You would be crazy buying any other brand as the ampd bros products are extremely high quality and fully supported by a team of enthusiastic knowledgeable staff.

Huge shout out to Liam from the Service department. Had problems with battery not taking charge after 3 months sitting idle.
He talked me through the reboot procedure and waited hands on hands free to assist with any questions .Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Battery now rebooted and bike ready to roll . A lot better solution than having to ship it from Hervey Bay and back again from the GC

I looked around at the various e-bikes on offer and tested one of the Ampd Brothers ACE S versions and was impressed that a bike could pick up speed so quickly.

This is when I happened to see one of their ACE X Classic locally on sale $200 off. From first use, I was very happy with it, and even though it was an expensive ebike, I was going to get a lot of use out of it.

Unfortunately, after a month, one of the folks failed, and I got it repaired under warranty. It was not the fault of Ampd as they helped me with the process. The shop, where I bought my ebike from, made a dogs breakfast of the whole repairs.

It has led me to watch YouTube videos of how to maintain my bike and what you need to look out for.

These bikes are definitely something you should consider, and I will be buying some of their accessories to go with my bike.

Great bike (ace X pro) and great after sales service from the team at ampdbros. I had a problem and they were great at diagnosing the problem and quickly getting me back on the road. You can buy cheaper bikes but the components aren't as good and the after sales service is what sets ampdbros apart. Highly recommended.

I’ve just ordered product and it was so easy and with lots of backup info confirming the order and tracking details. I’m now looking forward to the delivery

After hiring e-bikes while travelling at the beginning of the year we made it our top priority to buy some of our own once we got home. We brought the chubbie beach cruiser and ace x and absolutely love getting out and exploring on them and the grandkids love it too … hands down the best purchase of 2023

Had my Stubbie for a few weeks now. Purchased it from Burleigh, but had it assembled free by Currumbin cycles. They spent a lot of time with me going through different options and accessories. Really happy with the service, and love the bike.

Incredible value, genuine contender for the fastest shipping team in Australia and exceptionally helpful support team.

Excellent customer service and really appreciated their help with my trucks. Will definitely be back.

I bought a challenger e bike recently.
The bike had a couple of minor issues but amp bros were very helpful is sorting these things out. The aftermarket service you receive from a company is what really matters and ampd brothers so far have been excellent here.

The tech team was prompt and called me to discuss solutions, which worked. My only suggestion would be to be clearer that the engine will need to be serviced at a certain number of km's and have some videos ready to go.

These guys are no joke when it comes to going above and beyond to help out their customers. I have recently purchased my first E-skate board with amp bros and they have been fantastic from the get go. Their advice is excellent. I’m pretty sure they own or ride their boards because they can point you in the right direction from choosing the right board, battery and wheels for your needs plus handy maintenance tips and tricks to go with it. Without the upswell!
They accidentally sent me out the wrong board to my order (they sent me an upgrade) unfortunately it didn’t have the correct wheel type I desired. Within 10minutes my email was replied to by Corey and he had created an express shipment for the wheels I needed, allowed me keep the upgraded board and the wheels it came with for no extra cost on my end. Going with an Australian brand with staff that know their products and our conditions from experience is a game changer in this market.

These bikes are nothing short of amazing. I bought 2x ace s for me and my family. The kids love them. I'm 6'4 and my daughter is 5', we ride the same bike.

The product I bought did not do what I needed. Within2 days of contacting Ampd brothers, I had a reply and a refund within 4 days, no arguing, no pushback.

Just like to a say a big ”Thank You” to the service team at Ampd Bros who helped me out yesterday. They where quick to respond to my email and provided a solution that was more than I expected.
Just reaffirms the reason I picked their bikes.

Great Service, purchased some locks and a set of Brakes. Had an issue with one of the brakes but they were happy to replace it with no fuss!

Very helpful folks and seem to really care about the level of service they provide which makes you want to come back :)

Awesome product, with fast postage and handling. Got a lemon charger, however tech support was prompt and responsive and was able to issue a new charger immediately.
