I recently visited Prestige Electronics for repairs to my coffee machine, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Their team quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my machine, providing transparent and consistent communication throughout. There was quick turnaround time and a lot of dedication to quality. I got a Breville coffee machine about 14 months ago and it failed just out of warranty, Prestige electronics really looked after my machine and it came back cleaner and fully fixed then when I took it to them. They provided good maintenance and care instructions to lengthen the life span of my machine which I have taken full advantage of. I can now confidently know this machine will last for many years to come. Im a returning customer of many years with my different appliances and am happy to always return as I know they will always provide to best care, communication and quality repairs they can.

We were passing through to SA and our car fridge wasn’t working.

We had an issue with our caravan fridge not wanting to work on 12v when connected to our car. We had tried folk in Perth where we were for 2 weeks (January/ February were the earliest we could see anyone so we tried SA and Vic, no luck. Prestige were able to fit us in on our return trip. No fridge when travelling to and from Perth is not good. Prestige (Michael) went above and beyond to find the problem and rectified it. The car 12 pin plug was the issue - no sensor wire connected etc. I can only thank Prestige for everything. Amazing service. Thanks

After my young son threw the remote at the TV and smashed the glass and damaged the QLED display, I thought all was lost! But I had previously had a coffee machine repaired by Prestige Electronics and it was a positive experience. I decided to reach out to them and see what they could do. They made an assessment and walked me through the process clearly. I was very impressed with service and clear communications along the way. I was super happy to get my TV back repaired and like brand new. I'm also glad that due to that mistake by my son, a whole TV didn't end up in land fill. I went to Prestige Electronics yesterday for a TV repair and wanted to comment on how professional and polite the staff were when interacting with a verbally aggressive customer about his Epson printer and the $165 inspection fee. The customer was rude and impolite, and I wanted to praise the staff for maintaining professionalism and attempting to de-escalate the situation. The receptionist and manager showed nothing but respect to this customer, and they tried multiple times to explain the reason behind the fee. It was awkward for everyone (including the customer's son!), but I wanted to compliment the two staff members on how they conducted themselves.

I came to repair my Sony TV, and the receptionist and manager were incredibly helpful and reasonable with the price. They even helped me get the 55' TV out of my car! I cannot express how wonderful they were, and they explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend this fantastic service!

Staff were very knowledgeable and I received really great information and advice about the products I was looking for. Delivery and setup of the TV was prompt.

Took in a very niche dental machine from the US that would not turn on, Mark and is team had it fixed and back to me within 24 hours. Super easy and friendly service.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Michael at Prestige Electronics for going out of his way to fix our faulty caravan fridge. Even though they were flat out he was still able to help us and fit us “out of towners” in and got us back on the road so we could continue our travels. Without people like this we would have been stuck and our adventure ruined. Thanks again Michael you’re a legend.

I took in a Samsung TV to get fixed and after paying to get it looked at and a part replaced, it turned out that another part and further investment was required.
It was not financially feasible for me to continue fixing.

Lesson learned for me is to calculate the cost of the worst case scenario of getting a TV fixed. In some cases it's best to spend a bit more and replace, on some occasions however, the fix might just be worth it.

Luckily for me, Simon offered to find and sell a working second hand TV that the shop had previously fixed, at a reasonable price so that I wouldn't go empty handed.

The Sony Bravia TV I ended up with is bigger and nicer than my original. Thanks Simon and Pauline for trying to make the outcome as best as it could be.

I took my fridge and amplifier and they fixed my fridge and stated that the amplifier was not able to be fixed due to it having broken mounting points in it.

Prestige have been outstanding in how they have dealt with the repair of my Sony TV. Dealing with Prestige after going through initial fault finding with Sony support was excellent. Professional, supportive and totally on board with our overall concerns about the issue. The staff were really great and went above & beyond any expectations to get us a great outcome to our repair issue. I sent Prestige Electronics a big thank you for the outstanding repair they made to my 25 year old Samsung VCR. It quite literally works better than it did when I bought it new in the late 1990s, as it had always had slightly unreliable tracking and uncertain sound reproduction. I now have a sharp picture, no tracking issues and clear sound using, in some cases, 40 year old video cassettes. The repair person obviously took extraordinary care in reconditioning the unit. Needless to say, Prestige Electronics can expect me to be a return customer.
