Harvey Norman was a great place to shop for bathroom renovation requirements. They have a great range of products and an outstanding sales team. A special mention to Ari at the fyshwick store. We'll done.

Clean store, large variety of products. Good customer experience from friendly and professional staff. Recently purchased a $2k+ washing machine, and was able to secure a 10% discount, which was a saving a couple of hundred dollars from other local electrical stores. Also received a discount on extended (replacement) warranty. Great purchase experience only critique would be the lack of ability to negotiate with delivery driver team. Paid for next day delivery, but the driver would not meet in the middle when they offered a very inconvinient window during work hours, with the compromise being the offer of a later date. Didn't follow through with a follow-up call the next morning regarding possible amendment to the original date as had been promised. Eventually received a text for a subsequent timing on the morning of the final delivery date, but the item was delivered in a different time window after moving schedule for previous provided timing. The delivery team ended up being wonderful, but the negotiation process for the delivery window is below par and detracts from the overall experience (should probably be tidied up)

Bought a TV from Brian a week ago, then a few days later i found out that good guys are doing 20% discount. I called Brian and he refunded the difference right away. Very honest ppl.

Malcolm was an amazing help with the purchase of our bed frames and mattress. Very patient and friendly, an amazing example of not only what an employee should be but a good person as well. Big thanks to him, should deserve a good rasie!

Great place to shop, customer service person called Mahim was super helpful. He is very respectful and understands the products I was looking for. He was patient and provided me with one of the best customer services ever, great buy too and I am a very happy customer in the end.

Both the bathroom section (especially Jordan) and the kitchen appliance section (Eddie’s subject knowledge was outstanding) of HN Fyshwick have had an incredibly positive input to the renovation and update of our home over many years. Great selection of brands and products on display, friendly, helpful staff, and competitive pricing will see us coming back and be happy to continue to recommend them. Methven tapware (lovely quality and amazing warranty), Timberline cabinetry for bathrooms and laundry (Tonya’s help with this was invaluable) and Electrolux kitchen appliances (incredible value for modern functionality and aesthetics) are some of the highlights of our many successful transactions here.

Knowledgeable assistant offered expertise and exact measurement fit advice in store. Attentive staff member provided answers to my 20 questions without issue. I spent significantly more than expected and the product was an expensive buy, but the excellent front line assistance reassured I was buying quality. The fridge freezer was delivered and installed in 2 days. Top job Harvey Norman staff. Thank you.

They have a wide range of products. They had everything we needed for our renovations. If they haven't got what you need on the floor, they probably have it in their catalogue. The staff are helpful and friendly, and gave us a discount. We were very happy with our shopping experience.

Bobby delivered and installed a tv for my sister and returned a couple of days later to set up a soundbar we added on. The soundbar had a fault and Bobby very kindly, returned the soundbar and came back a third time to set the replacement up. He was absolutely fantastic and kind while dealing with my sister and explaining how to use the tv etc. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was a delight to deal with.

We had a wonderful experience buying our first ever couch!! We were assisted by Raj, who was super friendly, helpful and willing to help a young couple through the process of buying our first couch. Super reasonable prices also. We will definitely be coming back to purchase more of our furniture

I recently had the pleasure of outstanding customer service from Jamie in Carpet and Flooring. Tonya and Martin in the bathroom section. Would definitely highly recommend these amazing staff members. They all had to "endure" me with making decisions on all the amazing products with patience.Will happily shop there again!!
