I’m extremely happy to recommend this store and the Manager, Rob and Karen. I had issues with my saxophone. Rob looked at it straight away and put me at ease with it. Not only did Rob show me stuff but they also fix problems on the premises. I thoroughly recommend him to Anybody. This is one store. I will definitely be back to again and again. Five. Stars is not enough.

I walked into the shop today not knowing what instrument to buy for my daughter. Rob and Karen were friendly and had a world of knowledge, telling me about different brands and spent the time with me to make sure I was getting something that was perfect for my daughter’s age and abilities. I’m glad I can shop locally and get future repairs done by them.

Ozwinds made my day, happy to help with sharing knowledge and showing a versatile range of instruments, very happy with my new flugelhorn, Rob was more than happy to assist even though I'm an absolute beginner in brass instruments. Thankyou so much! 😄

I have never felt so good about parting with so much money! I went to the store today to test play a new Alto Sax. Rob was unbelievably helpful with every aspect, offering a number of different reeds and mouthpiece combinations to try and giving me all the time in the world to test the new horn. I had done a heap of research before hand and was pretty much decided on the Yanagisawa W02 (the bronze version) but it was so good to be able to just take my time and try a few different setups with it. Cannot speak highly enough of both Rob and Karen who also provided great service and advice. Needless to say I bought the horn and am still smiling 5 hours later.

Lovely owners, recently expanded shop is well presented. Don't be fooled by the small size - they will order anything you need. Good for student instrument repairs too.

I rang about a G6 musicianship graded course book. Robert spent alot of time both on and off the phone trying to find a copy of it for me. I was very impressed by his helpfulness particularly as I am not an existing customer nor ever likely to be. Excellent service.

Fantastic service, great pricing, very relaxed environemnt. My horn is an old student model on its last legs, but when Rob serviced it recently he still gave it a lot of attention. I didn't recognise my mouthpiece, it was so clean. I'd had grime build up on the shaft that wouldn't budge and I assumed was permanent, now almost entirely invisible. Fresh corks, spring replacement, the whole deal for a very reasonable price. He even hammered out a small dent in my bell without being asked to. Solidly recommend.

Was curious to start playing a tin whistle and after doing some research I found they were sold at this shop for quite a reasonable price, I was a bit nervous about going in obviously as a complete novice but I received some of the best customer service I have ever had in my entire life from a lovely gentleman I believe by the name of Rob.
Made the whole experience very relaxed and enjoyable and I could t possibly recommend it enough. Absolutely lovely.

Rob's knowledge and expertise is second to none. The customer service from Rob and Karen is excellent - always. They have helped me with everything from posting reeds to heart and lung surgery on a badly damaged sax. I really appreciate that they're around to offer this sort of specialized service in a friendly and totally professional way.

Ok so it dose not matter were you are if you need anything to do with a saxaphone like I did you need to go here they talked to me like I matter and we're more than helpful.
