Hi! I don’t usually write reviews but every now and then someone amazing or a great store needs to be acknowledged. I dropped in today to have a quick browse of skin care and makeup with no expectation of service or even really even having anyone attend to me as I find it is so rare in pharmacies these days to come across people who are truly dedicated to their role or who show a genuine interest in customers. It’s so lovely to be greeted with a happy smile and to be welcomed to a store and assisted with high level knowledge by someone who just seemed so upbeat and friendly. I was given great recommendations and educated in the new skin 02 range and left feeling like I purchased what was perfect for me. I had laugh with the girl who served me (I’m so sorry I forgot her name) and was treated as more of a friend than just another customer. It’s not my local pharmacy but I will be coming back here again for everything I need as the energy here is great and I left with a bounce in my step.

Nick the pharmacist and his team where super helpful and very kind and knowledgeable. Considering the shop was busy he took the time to explain what I needed to do in treating my kids. I would highly recommend.

Amazing service! My husband and I moved down to the Gold Coast and were nervous about finding a new chemist; as a paraplegic his medications can be complicated. We need not have worried, because everyone here has looked after us so well, going over and above in their service and making us feel welcome. Thanks so much!
