Organised my son’s 10th Birthday chocolate cake and it was absolutely amazing! The cake was priced so fair! It was beautifully decorated and so fresh tasting with buttercream. Not thick fondant. Best part is my son loved the chocolate cake! I will be ordering my birthday cakes from you in the future! Thank you so much! 10/10

I came here for lunch two weeks ago when getting a tattoo done at All Time Tattoo around the corner. I got myself one of the meat pies to try and it was delicious, affordable and a great size. I would definitely recommend Foster's Bakery 🥧❤

My Favourite Bakery, Pie Shop on the Gold Coast.
Very friendly service.

We went to Nobby's Beach today for a look around. Luckily we spied Foster's. After delicious pepper pies and a sausage roll we could see why this bakery gets rave reviews. Beautiful puff pastry and fillings, with the pies having chunky beef. Service was friendly and efficient.

Best pie's I've found so far in Queensland! Mince and Cheese pie's are beautiful! Often a queue which is a good indicator!

I've gone to bakeries all over Queensland and fosters bakery has the best chicken vege pies by a mile. The recipe and quality hasn't changed over the past 14 years, the only thing that's changed is the price and in 2024 6 dollars for the best pie around is a bargain.

Amazing baked goods!! So many choices and prices are great!!!! Had apple pastry and carrot cake. Perfect sugar rush yum yum.. Dog friendly too! Saw so many doggies with their mommys and daddys 😍😍

A great place for a quick pie or breaky, and it being so close to the beach means you can go walk it off afterwards. Ha ha

The beef burgundy was great, and the chunky steak pie was a classic.

The sausage rolls and pastries are a delight as well.

Highly recommend.

Got a couple of meat n vegetables pasties , probably the best I ever had. Very tasty and a decent size , enough for a meal and veggies not overcooked

Foster's Bakery is surprising. It looks like a lot of other small bakeries, and it makes a traditional range of baked goods that you find in many Aussie bakeries, but here the quality is exceptional. Everything tried has been excellent.
Surprising also, because it isn't a café as such, they can also make exceptional expresso coffee equal to the best on the Gold Coast. The shop and the display window are small, and most customers seem to take away, but there are a few tables and chairs outside and usually space available to eat on the spot.
The staff are also very pleasant.
This business clearly has a following of happy customers. Brilliant.

Thank you to the lovely people at Fosters Bakery. Although I’ve only been a handful of times whilst living on the Gold Coast, every time has literally been a treat!! Always have a friendly welcoming no matter how busy or how hot it is. The pastries are absolutely amazing !

Got a Dutch Tea Cake today , had it at home heated up and was delicious.( Had ice cream with it which made it even better 😄)

Been coming hear my whole life, best classic Aussie bakery on the Gold Coast.

I wanted a sweet afternoon snack and searched for a bakery close to our route along the Gold Coast and found Foster’s Bakery. It was exactly what I was looking for. We bought three pastries and enjoyed them all - delicious!

Great selection and taste. Had the sausage roll and a pineapple tart. Sausage roll was perfect balance of flaky pastry and sausage mix - not too spicy, not too plain. Highly recommend - these traditional bakeries are becoming less comm but are the best!

Probably one of the best bakeries I've regularly gone to. Other bakeries are hit n miss- but Fosters just always hits the nail on the head. Vegetarian savoury goodies are literally some of the BEST pastries I've EVER had and their sweets always hit that sweet spot 👌🏽. Staff are lovely, helpful and patient. Worst issue is trying to make a decision

The sweets are yum, I had an almond croissant with a pie (cheat day). Sooo good. I’ve been coming here for years, recommend the pea & meat pie

Best pies on the gold coast !!! We travel 3o minutes just for one of their pies.. Their chunky steak or beef and veg ( beef and burgundy) ones are fabulous .. I have tried pies all around the world. These definatey are fabulous... these guys deserve many rewards for their yummy cakes and pies.. Simply the best !! Congratulations Fosters Bakery !!!

This is the best bakery I’ve ever been too, found it when we stopped at Nobbys Beach 2020. Now once a month I drive the one hour round trip early Sunday morning to stock the esky up with delicious pies, sausage rolls, cheese and bacon rolls, jam donuts and fresh cream donuts. Favourite pies are the curry, plain, meat and bacon, meat and tomato and chicken. Excellent straight from the bakery and then reheated in the oven the next day. Fully recommended

As a vegetarian I find it hard to find a reeeeally nice veggie pie. Foster’s lentil pie is delicious, so much better than the usual curried veggie pie on offer elsewhere. They also display the main ingredients for the pies in their cabinet, which helps when choosing (you don’t have to ask)!!! Well done!
