Hungry Jack's Burgers Southport

Been coming here a few times the past month in the drive through, late at night. The guy with the blue hair always has the best attitude. He has the best customer service I have seen in a while. Always prepared the food fresh, even at 3am! I used to head to McDonald’s late at night, but not anymore!

You guys recently got some new night Staff. I think they’ve been serving me on the weekends for about 1 1/2 to 2 months now. There’s a girl with dark hair & a guy with sandy brown hair and a European accent. They are the best Hungry Jack’s staff I’ve come across. They are so friendly on a human level and the chef is doing good things with the food.

I’ve never felt compelled to write a review for a fast food chain restaurant before. But these guys are going places in life 10/10!

Quick service, burgers made well and good chips

Wow, what an amazing Hungry Jacks. I'm 46 years old and went here last week with my 2 young boys. I was served by Oliver, a spry and keen worker, and I saw a lot of my boys in him. He provided us with incredible and outstanding service, showing class and manners taking our order, and demonstrating speed and efficiency serving us in what seemed to me like record time. The place was clean and tidy, and had a great atmosphere too. Never have I had a fast food experience this classy. I strongly suggest you give Oliver a raise for his brilliant work ethic.

Hungry Jacks delivered outstanding service when I received a Medium cappuccino instead of the Large I ordered. The staff apologized sincerely, allowed me to keep the Medium, and swiftly made the Large cappuccino. Thank you to the staff member for her exceptional service! :)

I’ve been a huge rebel whopper fan, since the HJ released the plant based burger.
I’m stoked to say that today’s was the new benchmark!
Slightly over cooked patty gave it a little char on the outside!!! It was the best yet!

We had a large order during the drive through late at night, came home to realise an entire meal was missing. Came back and spoke to the manager, he told us that it was a mistake and the meal in general didn’t get added on. Gave us the order and was so nice about it, was a pleasant experience. Fantastic manager and team :)

Came for a quick breakfast stop before movie world. Friendly service & hassle free meals. Loved the convenience and hash browns were fried to perfection! Mildly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

The manager, Angela, had outstanding service. Helped us place our order with ease when we were having issues with the app. :) Thanks

Just another Hungry Jacks store but the food is always reasonable.

I love their French fries and frozen drinks a lot!

Better than Ashmore Hungary Jacks but still on a non busy day and time had to park my car in waiting bay.(for veggie whooper) not big order..Hungary jack should overall improve customer wait times and drive through should be real quick!

Very good, the best Hungry Jacks in Australia. HOT AND salty fries and delicious burgers. That was a good meal.

Great little place with ‘rooftop dining’ on Ferry Road

The friendly staff here make dining at this fast food chain a pleasant experience.

The rooftop outdoor dining is very nice. Chips were perfect, my rebel whopper was satisfactory. Well constructed but not quite as fresh as I'd hoped for ordering at lunch time.

Billy (Manager) is incredible! After having my order botched twice, Billy delivered outstanding customer service and made it right. Bloke is a Legend!
