ANZ Branch West Burleigh

I came in on Friday morning and needed to open an account as a bit of a time sensitive matter. I didn’t know I had to make an appointment and although the rest of the staff were busy, Carolyn went out of her way to ensure I was attended to promptly. She was so helpful and patient as I went through all my paperwork and was so kind to even post some of it off for me.
Thank you Carolyn for making a stressful task, stress free!

Requested and ordered a visa card on the 23rd July and was told it will be delivered between 5-7 business days. Today marks the 8th day and yet nothing, not a single phone call or text. I even had to go up front to the branch (again) and asked if any news or updates and they informed nothing has arrived yet but they will message. Its been over a week now and I cant really do anything without a card. Please don't make me chase after you for something that the company should already been doing, fast and efficient which clearly isnt the case here. I have been a loyal customer and ive never had an issue until now.

After calling and send email offering me a loan, I canceled other commitments to book an appointment expecting to have a productive outcome. It was a waste of time they had no ideia if I was legible or not. Looking to close my accounts with ANZ shortly.

Terrible service!! Went in there to enquire about a credit card transaction, had to make an appointment and come back at a later date. What happened to good old customer service in the bank. Very hard to find, especially at ANZ

Terrible experience as a new ANZ customer. I wanted to ask a few questions regarding my loan docs and told me I needed to book an appointment due to understaff, even though they weren’t busy. Absolute waste of time going to the Burleigh branch. Don’t waste your time. Better of ringing anz directly.

A lady who was at the teller section was very rude. I asked her to do something and She didn't hear so instead of saying pardon or sorry she just rudely pointed at her ear. It was very embarrassing and a very bad experience. Anz, you should look after your employees. They don't know how to treat people well. And that branch is located in Brisbane city.

No help whatsoever for my elderly grandfather that just wanted to lower his limit. He was told they were too busy to help him. Terrible customer service.
