Our new home away from home. The first time we visited, we knew it was going to be our forever family getaway. The cleanliness of the park is exceeding. The serenity is just amazing but nothing has compared to the friendliness and supportive managers Tim and Jamie who from the moment we met them, have gone above and beyond for us and our kids and the other guests in the park. The have brought so much life into the park, made it even more enjoyable for the kids and their welcoming personalities is what sold us on making this our new family getaway. The work you guys have done and continue to do for us, the park and the wider community is very humbling :)

I’ve been coming here since I was 4 years old.
It’s been quite some time to finally have some great managers come through the park.
Tim and Jamie have really made some amazing and positive changes to the park and it’s great to see them getting involved with the annuals and tourists that come through. They’re funny, kind and very generous. They have only been at the park a short time but in that short time they have really put so much effort into the park.
Thanks for everything guys. I have to say, this has been the best stay we have had in a while.

Beautiful stay at Twin Rivers Caravan Park, amazing view and area to stay and enjoy with my family, park managers Jamie and Tim are amazing, great customer service, lots of things to do, kids and husband loved fishing. Kids loved the games room. We all enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended will definitely be back again next year. Thank you guys!

We are so happy that we made the decision to purchase a permanent cabin in this park. The whole atmosphere that has been created by Tim & Jamie is phenomenal. They always go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is enjoying there stay. The recent Australia Day celebration was amazing with the whole park getting together to celebrate.
The day also helped raise an amazing amount of money for the local CFA , so to Tim & Jamie, well done , we all tip our hats to you. You have made our time at the park feel like we are coming home to family every time we arrive .

Love this park, and love the location. I can't believe the comments I'm reading. I've had nothing but great experiences with the managers and felt nothing but welcome everytime I've visited. They seem proud of their park and were very attentive to the guests that i saw. I don't write reviews, but after seeing this, I have to say how out of character I find the previous reviews.

Great place for a peaceful getaway. Located Right beside Goulburn river, place offers 1,2&3 bed cabins, caravan park and tent shelters. Have powered and non- powered sites. Can do many activities like fishing, canoeing and kayaking, river swimming etc. remember to carry all your gear as they don’t have hiring place there.

In house swimming pool is heated d and is great. Kids will like the jumping pillow and the pedal cart which you hire onsite.

Cafe serves coffee and drinks and also snacks.

Great place for your family getaway and get together. Highly recommend

We did our first camping there and place is quite nice, kids can play in river, site was clean with clean washrooms.
Be ready to wake early by lots and lots of bird noise.

Lovely clean caravan park with a fabulous location smack bang on the Goulburn River. Jamie and Tim who took over the caravan park recently are very intersting to talk to and are up for a chat.

Staff are super friendly, the cleaners do a fantastic job at cleaning the rooms and the lawns and gardens are always maintained

We just got back from a weekend getaway at Breakaway, we had 2 riverside cabins and a powered site and I couldn’t speak more highly of the wonderful time we had. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, they provided exceptional service from booking up until our departure. We hadn’t been for a few years and were blown away with the new cabins on Riverside, absolutely beautiful and modern with the best view of the park. This caravan park has everything you need for a family big and small, we can’t wait to return! Thank you so much Jamie and Tim for helping create such a wonderful experience!

Breakaway Twin Rivers Caravan Park is a perfect spot for a weekend getaway- The park has great facilities, Clean & Tidy, Friendly - far enough away from any hustle & bustle for peace & tranquility by the river but still only a small drive from the convenience of Alexandra. Managers Jamie & Tim are friendly, helpful & responsive to any questions or concerns.

Absolutely privileged to have an annual site here. Incredible location right on the Goulburn River but more importantly the Management team are awesome. Massive shout out to Jamie and Tim for creating such a welcoming, relaxed and fun environment. Always looking to add to the park and and organise new activities and events. Your work during and after the flood crisis was astonishing, we are so appreciative 🙏

No problem with the accommodation, only the road access, as the new bridge isn't finished, but the maps took me the wrong direction.

I am an annual at the park and we love it. The park was flooded in October and is still being rebuilt and its disappointing when tourist come and bring their arogance and out of control children who leave rubbish around the park and let them wreck our games room and then have the audacity to leave 1 star reviews.

Such a well kept beautiful park on the Goulburn.
Extremely hospitable staff who often drive around speaking with guests and always happy to help . We've stayed here a number of times during summer, winter etc and it's just the most relaxing place whether you're in a cabin , caravan , tents or swags you'll have a fantastic time . Excellent amenities and facilities for children too . The pool is divine on a hot summers day or you're steps away from the river if you choose . The fish range in size but have scored an enormous 1 so if you're a keen fisherperson you'll enjoy your stay . 10☆ from us .

Absolutely beautiful caravan park on the banks of the river, no traffic noise just the local cows and birds in the trees, staff very friendly and made us very welcome, although we only stayed for the weekend, we will definitely return and stay longer next time, great place for the fisherman, as you can fish from the park on the riverbank. RETURNING IN SEPTEMBER 2023 FOR TROUT OPENING WEEKEND.

Excellent kid friendly Park. We stayed in the lodge 2 nights for a family event and we were very happy! Management could not have been more helpful and flexible with us and our million questions! Went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Great heating, cooking facilities and 2 toilets! Haha! Close to town, yet quiet. Even in winter, the views and the River were stunning. Room for the toddlers portacot and the doonas were toasty..drinks from the kiosk were a godsend when we arrived!
We will be back.

After reading previous reviews we almost cancelled our booking! So glad we didn't. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our beautiful riverside campsite, the originally allocated site was not suitable to our van size/height (due to my error when booking) and we were swapped to a more appropriate site without the slightest issue. Amenities were lovely and clean. The whole site was also clean and tidy. The caretakers continued to navigate around the park periodically, always with a smile and a chat. Great spot.

John and the team were absolutely amazing, helpful, accommodating, friendly and approachable. Couldn't rate them higher, a great addition to the park. Items that were missing, we suspect due to COVID, are the camp kitchen/games room being closed, and the movie night wasn't on. We enjoyed our week, the weather was perfect 👌

Great atmosphere. My first time to experience this caravan park with the family. Right on the river. Will go back definitely. Even if the cows across the river and cockatoos start making noise at sunrise.
