I agree no customer service at all. It used be a leading bank, but its standard is very low. I was on the phone for more than 45 minutes.

What a joke have tried to contact the Burleigh heads office for 2 days after being on hold for over 30 minutes hung up. Every time I've been into the office to use the ATM the service has been down.
Looking to move my business elsewhere where I can get some service.

Agree no customer service! One machine and one staff member too busy chatting in front of it to even acknowledge I was waiting to deposit money also 🤔
