Edda 47 Wood Fired Pizza

First time getting a pizza from Edda 47. I thought I’d try a traditional Calzone and was not disappointed. Definitely recommend Edda 47 for traditional Italian pizza.

Now Edda 47 is our new fav pizza👌 how friendly were Edda and his friend and because it was our first time ordering from them, they offered a free Garlic bread 😋 our order was Flinstone and Gladstone pizza and both were delicious👌

The best pizza around Gladstone by far!
The tuna is excellent, as is the giardiniera. The staff are super friendly and chatty especially as we were first time customers! Well worth making the trip.

After 5 years in Australia, and being a picky French with food, I can tell that I had the best pizza ! My Aussie partner absolutely loved it too. The ingredients are all fresh and premium quality. The dough is thin and tasty like I love. Much more nice choice on the menu, for vegetarians too. Service was amazingly friendly and we even had the best pana cota ever as a gift for our first order. The prices just increased, so a bit pricy, but we will be back for the best pizza in Australia ! Thank you so much for being in Gladstone.

We called in here on our drive up north, Great pizza all my made fresh, and the boys running it are a great laugh and good to talk to, if your after a good pizza it’s definitely the place to go!!! highly recommend

AMAZING PIZZA!!! Could not fault at all! I have many allergies and he made me a custom pizza to suit my criteria. You also MUST get the Vanilla Pannacotta! Best dessert iv ever had!!

Me and my dad went there for the first time The Service was lovely and warm and the pizzas were to die for so good and so fresh the ingredients were incredibly fresh I would definitely recommend to it others wanting to try a authentic Italian pizza joint

I'm so pleased we have this great new Pizza place in town. I've tried everything on offer in the local area and these guys are the only ones making pizzas in the "authentic Italian" style, so if that's your thing, do yourself a favour and check them out! The quality of their ingredients is just excellent and you can really taste the difference. I especially rate the dough, the tomato sauce, and the cheeses they use, all of which are fundamental to making a gourmet pizza. They are the best, full stop!

We are new to the area, and we're looking for our regular pizza shop. Not only was this the first time trying pizza at Edda 47 it was our first time having pizza since moving.

Long story short, this is our regular pizza shop now. Damn tasty and satisfying pizza.

Great lovely service with delicious woodfire pizza. Wonderful taste of Italian cuisine and the surprise complimentary Garlic & Herb Focaccia was so good. Thank you 🙏 was wanting to initially order it but we already planned on 2 pizza but so glad we got to try it!!! Margherita & Flintstone pizza were really delicious too, love how the pizza are freshly prepared and the thin crust are filled with generous toppings. YUM 🤤 Highly recommended to try them if you are in this area. You will leave feeling happy & satisfied :)

Best authentic pizza in Gladstone. The woodfire oven gives the pizza a complex flavour that can't be topped. The pizza chef's (Fulvio) passion for quality is evident from the taste of every bite. It was also great to support a local business.

Italy is my second home as I married an Italian. I was stopping in Gladstone one night and saw these guys on the web. If you want Authentic Italian pizza go here!

I've not been to Italy yet, but this is what I imagine it would taste like. So fresh and delicious, and made with love by skillful hands. I've got nothing against the $5 shops, but this is next level.

The most delicious pizza in town! I'm happy I ordered from them. They have the most Authentic Italian pizza, not greasy and topped with fresh ingredients. Excellent customer service that is well worth every cent!

After being let down by domino’s and pizza hut I struggled to find a decent pizza place. I decided to try here and my gosh I was not let down. I had Amazing customer service followed up by the best pizza I’ve ever had. All of the ingredients were fresh and bloomed with flavour. It might be on the pricy side but I think the price is worth it for the quality and friendliness.

Staff were really lovely and provided a great atmosphere. We bought the focaccia, Margherita and Flinstone, perfect amount of toppings and beautiful flavours. Everything tastes amazing and the pizza crust was spot on! Perfect consistency, everything was so addicting. Definitely recommend and definitely going again.

First time trying this Pizza establishment. I walked in and the aroma was divine like a real pizza restaurant. I have to say if there is Victorians or anyone from NSW that live in this town this Pizza restaurant is like the ones at home .. not like the other franchise pizzas . Edda 47 is authentic. I cannot begin to explain how good they are .. Bloody delicious ... The best in Gladstone.
