What a great experience. The staff were lovely and helpful. Very professional outlook. Car was repaired very quickly. And the results were extremely good. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs repairs to the car.

Unfortunately I had to visit this place owing to a blind driver running into the back of my son's car. On arrival a lovely lady greeted me and explained everything I needed to know to start the repair to my son's car. I found them very polite professional and friendly. It wasn't as painful as I thought. I know now the repairs to my son's car will be as good as their reception. Reception 5 stars. We pick the car up on the agreed day. GREAT JOB. CAR WAS PERFECT. 10 stars.

Beyond happy! These guys have done 2 insurance jobs on my Corolla and I honestly didn’t think I could be any happier then the first time but wow!
Quick turn around time, lift to and from the hire car yard, car was clean and looked flawless.
They are always so busy and their work definitely tells you why.
I would never go anywhere else and honestly urge anyone to give them a go!

Friendly and professional service. Job done very well.
Only complaint is there were two old pieces used in my brand new rear bumper bar which just looked out of place in a new repair.
Maybe those bits didn’t come with the new bar.

Very happy with the services provided. information relating to my vehicle was clear and easy to understand. front office was excellent with their interactions. The company as a whole really went out of their way to assist me.

My experience with this company was definitely 10/10. They were super friendly and very efficient. From the time I dropped my car in to them until I picked it up 7 days later was totally stress free. So, to all the staff at Gemini Ashmore a huge thank you.

It was a pleasant experience dealing with Kayla, Mark and Steven at Gemini Ashmore. Thorough professionals at their work. I requested them for early finish date for repairing of my Mitsubishi Lancer. They were kind of enough to understand my situation and prioritise my car repair. Honest expectations were set and accomplished with prompt communication.

My bonnet needed replacing after an accident and from start to finish I experienced, cheerful professional service . Kayla , the receptionist was delightful . My car had been washed before I collected it ! I would not hesitate in recommending Gemini vehicle Repairers to anyone .

Was RACQ repair and I chose to use Gemini Ashmore because of the great reviews and SO HAPPY that I did! Everyone is extremely friendly and efficient. The car was done in the exact time that was planned. Kayla was extremely helpful, offered free taxi, knows all the cars and customers by memory. I travelled from Brisbane to get my car repaired here and I would recommend others do the same.

Gemini Smash were knowledgeable and experienced, car was repaired in a timely manner and they even rectified a small scuff that was done by me just prior to bringing it in. Will recommend them and use them again if needed, Cheers.

Excellent service. Called to ask if they could possibly get my car and a couple days earlier because I had to drive interstate for a new job. Got straight back to me and got it done 3 days earlier. Really appreciated their help. They didn't have to solve the problem but did.

Thank you to the team at Gemini Ashmore, my mothers BMW 1 series was involved in a hit and run, head both headlights replaced as well as front bumper fixed and painted, extremely happy with the out come, thank you so much again for all your hard work

I used Gemini as part of an insure claim after my car had been hit. Upon arrival I was happily greeted and wasn’t long before an assessor was with me to check out the damage and give me his assessment.
They ordered taxis to and from, and kept me updated with texts through out the week.
Upon pickup, again quick and efficient and the workmanship on the car was fantastic, its like new again.
