The best customer service I have received in a very long time. I had purchased the incorrect toner cartridge for my printer - which I only discovered when the previous toner had run out. I rushed to Blue Ink and felt very silly for making such a mistake. All the staff present in the shop assisted me and went out of their way to make me feel better, get me the new toner and send me on my way so I could get back to my busy job. The entire way back to work I smiled at how great I felt dealing with them. That's it for me. The only place I'm going in the future. Highly recommended.

Placed order twice but either was fulfilled. Both cases required customer to contact the business to find out what has happened. Immediate response received over the phone were both something like "we have to contact you later as something is wrong with our system". No follow-up from the business until I contacted again. The second time was an email stating they run out of stock. The order was for school supply now I am worried about getting the products before kids return to school.

Doesn’t deserve even 1 star. Ordered school pack in January before deadline and today is 23rd of February and still hasn’t arrived at school. No apologies, no money back. Sounds more like scam.

Over priced, my employer was trialling them for a while but found COS cheaper and had more variety. Even Officeworks had products that were cheaper.
