Charlie Parker's is one of the rare few cocktail bars that provides each patron with a unique experience supplemented by mixoligists with passion for flare, flavour and top shelf products.Their service is a rare find in hospitality that is refreshing. in addition the vibe and atmosphere suits any moment whether it's a date, an after work meet up, night out with friends or just a single feeling like a fantastic drink and food in a social atmosphere with music that will allow you to chat and visit great memories.

Beautiful decor and ambience, love the architecture of this underground bar. The service was very warm and friendly and unique cocktail menu. You can also get your cocktails/mock tails customised according to your taste. The food menu is limited, but has a bit of everything. The cocktails are bit expensive but worth trying.

Late lunch of magnificent tapas - aesthetically and gastronomically crafted: Crispy eggplant sandwich with bonito mayo and salted chilli; Potato croquettes with smoked burrata and parsley and salsa brava; Striploin beef Cristiano with ricotta and chimichurri; Pork and veal meatballs with tomato sauce, basil, and toasted bread.

Wonderful unique drink concoctions: leaf and flower - Bee pollen, beeswax gin, verjus, beer soda.

Whiskey sour 👌🏾 but why no cherry? ☹

Explore the delicately crafted drink menu and surprise yourself with a life altering experience. The menu changes daily and Charlie takes you on a journey that heightens all the senses.

Cozy in to one of the many secluded nooks that line the space and plan your next big thing. Maybe it's how to overthrow the local counsel or (less sinister) what business to start next. Take a que from Charlie and dream big in this space.

Order some light dishes and keep traveling down the drink menu...if you're lucky enough you might find Charlie at the end of that journey. Shake his hand and thank him. Promise you'll be back again...

Fun cocktails and bar snacks that would easily be considered food. Pretty loud venue which makes it tricky to chat, and 100% need a booking if peak times.

Loved this bar! Fantastic bar staff that make a mean gin and tonic. The olives were great and the foccacia was delicious! This is a great place to come and chill out for the night over a few cocktails and lite bites, would absolutely recommend, and will be back!

Amazing atmosphere and brilliant styling. Merivale kills it again! Great selection of drinks, brilliantly styled. Staff are friendly and fun. Would highly recommend, great prohibition vibe. Also the best drinks menu I've ever seen, so beautifully done.

It's a lovely place. It's an underground bar and has a cozy ambience. The bar tenders are friendly and awesome. They often tend to make mocktails and cocktails if you suggest your choice of drink and different things you like along with it. In short, they have some great customized drinks.

Great local bar. Dimly lit basement feel with a fully stocked bar and great cocktails. Perfect for a local drink with friends, a first date or a date night. Mostly busy in the evenings and weekends but never overcrowded and squashy. Competent and atttentive bar and wait staff.

Friendly service, big smiles, fabulous atmosphere and of course outstanding drinks and food. Proud to rate this place as my #1 favourite cocktail bar in Sydney 👍🏼

A great underground jazz bar with an awesome atmosphere and great nibbles.

Went because it’s named after Charlie Parker and wasn’t disappointed.

My partner and I stumbled across Charlie Parker while visiting Sydney & wow, what a find! This place is incredible! The drinks, the service & the atmosphere were all really fun and welcoming. A special shout-out to Andrew who was our server, he was really polite and friendly and we had a good laugh with him, thank you for making the BEST midori pineapple I’ve ever had!

Me and my partner went on a Friday night. Amazing atmosphere and the styling of the whole place is great! The service and food was very good, specially the bartenders.They look like having fun while providing a very good service,,, suggesting and explaining cocktails. This adds a plus to the whole experience, special recognition to Tom and Dylan! We ll go back for sure

This place is a bit hard to judge from the street.

When you enter you will find a restaurant and a bar.

We had a cocktail, flat bread and then a glass of wine in the bar area.

Fantastic cocktail bar located just downstairs from Fred's! Great staff with some quality banter. Very seasonal and interesting cocktail list. They can serve a tasty classic though. Great early afternoon drinks on a Saturday or Sunday! Ask for Mario!
