An amazing experience! Cos Cirillo couldn't have done more to have our bathroom and 2 toilets completely renovated. Work was completed within 5 weeks from our initial engagement till completion. The trades people they have working for them are absolute professionals and just great people in general. Cos is a wonder and was constantly in touch both on the phone and in person to make sure all was going well. Highly recommended.

First went here in May 2014 and was so impressed by the service. Professional, friendly, not at all pushy and their range of products is amazing, from 'that's exactly the right, practical item I need' to 'I need to go and buy a mansion just so I have somewhere to put this floor lamp!'. Today I went back because of an issue with a product. They could not have been nicer about it and it was quickly resolved. This is old-fashioned service and value for money.

Just had some tiles installed in the entire downstairs of my house. Such great service from Cos, and also from Leo the tiler. The price was competitive, the job completed effortlessly. Highly recommended.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to the store. We travelled 3 1/2hrs to look for tiles. A lovely gentleman down stairs greeted us, asked if we needed help and let us know that there was an upstairs area as well. We walked around upstairs for 20min with absolutely no acknowledgement from the two men sitting in their glassed in offices. Not sure if you didn’t think we were worthy of your service but as Pretty Woman would say…’Big mistake” as you missed out on a 380sqm tile order. So sad, too bad

If you are with your mum shopping they will tell you can't use their toilets and send you away while your mum waits at the store and witnesses another person come in and ask to use the toilet with no hassles.
