To Dr Tom and your amazing staff, Jana at front of house and Jade assisting you at the coal face! Having had a lot of experience at dental practices over the years for various reasons, i have never experienced such professional personable staff ever! Starting with the sound common sense professional advice by Dr Tom, the text reminders re appointment date, the follow up contact to see if everything was okay after treatment by Jana blew me away as i have never experienced such fantastic service ever by a dental practice. Tom replaced my crowns recently and I am delighted with the natural look he achieved. Tom and his welcoming team go the extra mile to create a relaxed, friendly, squeaky clean and professional environment.
My partner who is French had typical ‘french teeth’...i.e. not well maintained! so after seeing what Tom had achieved for me, decided he wanted a smile he was proud of too. He got exactly what he wanted and now he just can’t stop flashing his pearly whites! (Naturally so!)

Great Dentist! I recently had my six front teeth capped by Dr Tom and am really pleased with the result. I am a normally a little squirmy in the dental chair, however Tom and his team took great care of me, making me feel comfortable, calm and no pain at all. A highly professional and organised team.

We have been patients of Tom's for 14 years and followed him to his own dental practice - Precision Dental Group, when he opened in Bundall a few years ago.
He is absolutely the very best dentist I have ever had. I am 64 so have experienced a few!
His practice and personnel are to be commended. State of the art, up to date equipment and kind and gentle procedures, defintely catering for nervous patients. I am one of those but have to say that all my fears melted away under Tom's care.

I have dentist phobia, at 63 you’d think I’d be past such fears but no. I have managed to avoid going to the dentists for about 10 years but the last couple of years I’ve had to have crowns done and it’s been done under general anaesthetic. Costly and crazy.
Then I went to see Dr Sarah about my veneers that had deteriorated. She was amazing. Never ever have I had such gentle treatment in a dentist chair, phobia almost cured. I’ve had to have major work done with Dr Sarah all without general anaesthetic and all of it pain free. I can’t recommend this surgery enough! From the irrepressible always smiling Jana at the front desk to my favourite dental nurse Courtney who hands me my anxiety ball and rubs my shoulder. Dr Sarah is one in a million and will no doubt be the reason I start going back to the dentist regularly. Thank you!! And please NEVER retire!

Tom de Kloot is a fantastic dentist. He even makes your dental visit enjoyable with top class treatments & facilties. He has fitted a number of dental crowns and I have been delighted at both the results & the cost.

Had a badly cracked tooth and Dr Sue sorted it with a temporary crown until a permanent solution is completed. little to no pain!! She was fantastic, highly recommend.
