on a holiday from melbourne and had the most amazing experience. my girl anita needs a raise and praise. not only did she take time to help me find clothes that fit my body type, she was honestly the kindest n most thoughtful person that i’ve ever talked to in retail. i walked away not only with a bunch of beautiful clothes but happy with the service. thank you again anita for your help i appreciate it <3 will definitely be coming back to shop when im back in goldy:)

Amelia, who works in the change rooms section of Universal Store, is truly amazing. During a vacation weekend when I didn't have an outfit for dinner, I tried on numerous outfits in different shops. Finally, I arrived at Universal Store in Surfer Paradise, and from the moment I walked in, the girls were friendly and helpful. Amelia, in particular, took the time to personally put together outfits for me and even found an outfit for my husband. Thank you, Amelia, for your incredible customer service. I am extremely grateful for your assistance today.

Went shopping there with my partner being on holiday and the people working there were so lovely! So helpful finding myself shorts when I struggle with sizes and helping find my partner things too. Even if we couldn't find exactly what we wanted , the staff went to every effort to find what we need. All were so approachable and eager to help. Shop was very clean and maintained. Best shop we went in all day ! Thank you guys!

I went here today on the 23rd of December and the girls were so sweet and helpful! They picked stuff out for me that I would have never taken but they fitted SO WELL wow. Staff is just extraordinary great here ❤:)
