Just went in and was served by Grace, she was very helpful and polite as I was needing some slices cut up that weren’t available out front in the sliced section and she went straight out back with no hassle at all! The cakes were amazing! I got the marble mud cake and the Belgian double choc mud cake and oh my were they packed with flavour so rich and tasty! Can’t wait to come back!

I ordered a birthday cake from 'The Cheesecake Shop' in Southport for my husband's special day, and I have to say it was a delightful experience. We opted for the mudcake, and it was delivered to our doorstep through DoorDash.

Overall, 'The Cheesecake Shop' in Southport exceeded our expectations with their mudcake. It was a highlight of my husband's birthday celebration, and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again for future occasions. This cake through DoorDash was a sweet success!

Dropped in to the Cheesecake Shop at Southport just a few minutes before closing time and wanted a Pavlova as I had not had one for ages. I asked the Staff, Jess, for one and said I would come back tomorrow as there was not one prepared and available. She saw that I was really in the mood for a Pav and with a cheery smile advised me to give her 5 minutes and she would ice and dress up one for me. I said I could come back tomorrow but seeing the disappointment on my face I could hardly believe my eyes when Jess serving at the counter went above and beyond her duty and completed the final dressing on one and brought it out for me. Hassan helped her with the chore. I own a number of businesses on the Gold Coast and let me tell you that these days Customer Service barely exists and Staff who go out of their way to make a customer happy even if they are inconvenienced are like hen's teeth ~ absolutely rare. I would recommend this Cheesecake Franchise to any and every one. Ask for Jess and Hassan if you really want true old fashioned service which makes the customer happy. I was elated. Keep up the good work Jess and Hassan.

Came in to buy a Black Forest torte, was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this store compared to others. The cakes in the showcase also looked really great compared to other stores. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cake was DELICIOUS! It’s my favourite cake they make, but the Southport store simply does it the best, sponge was nice and moist, cream wasn’t too sweet and the flavours were all balanced really well!
will definitely only be buying cakes from the Southport store from now on!
10/10 will be back for more!

Yummy cake shop. Neat and nice service. Various options. Even wrote in a different language for me. Happy with the service and the presentation. Lots of cake accessories available to choose from. Shop agents are very helpful. Love going back there.

Visited this morning and was served by a lovely lady at the front, who greeted me and made me feel very welcomed as soon as I walked in, definitely will be back!

The cake decorators at the Southport store are absolutely amazing! Nothing is too much trouble and their cakes are absolutely awesome! They take so much pride in their work and do everything they can to make sure your special event is finished off with an amazing cake!

I am not from Southport. When I walked into this Cheesecake Shop, I was blown away by how delicious the cakes in this shop were - and no, not all shops present as well as this one. The Manager or employee who served us was extremely friendly.

I ordered three cakes online from the Southport Cheesecake Shop. My husband picked them up yesterday, but because I was ill, I didn't manage to check them until today, and minutes before the Birthday boy arrived, only to discover that the "Birthday Plaque" and cake server hadn't been included, even though I had ordered and paid for them.
I rang up the shop and spoke with the Manager who was absolutely wonderful and arranged for the "Birthday message" and Cake Server, plus Candles to be delivered to my home, saving the Birthday and the day.

This is what I call magnificent Customer Service. Thank you Ali. You have our business as long as we are on the Coast. I cannot thank you enough!

Friendly and super helpful. Large variety of cakes to chose from and plenty of cake toppers too. Wish we still had one in Port Macquarie.

Hi there! I’m in Vancouver Canada who put in an order from The cheesecake shop in Southport near Main Beach. The cheesecake shop was amazing! Their staff is so thoughtful. I ordered cupcakes for one of my best friends birthday and they packed it nicely and even wrote a little happy birthday message to her on the box from me. Cupcakes looked amazing and my friend confirmed they tasted just as good. Absolutely lovely. Never been to one of these shops b4. Dble choc sticky date pudding is SO SO yummy.

My daughter surprised me with a Black Forrest cake last Saturday and it was absolutely delicious. The sponge was light and cream delicious. I have ordered another cake for my second birthday celebration.
