Mount Nathan Winery

A truly wonderful and one of a kind experience. The drive to the winery was so picturesque as well as the interior of the winery itself. It was so rustic and held so much history. Paul; one of the owners ensured that our experience was very memorable. It was perfect for the family. I am definitely coming back!

Visited the winery for the first time today 25/08/22.
I was so impressed. The staff member that conducted our wine tasting was fantastic, funny , professional, knowledgeable Top☝
and very experience in all the wines we tasted and the history of the winery.

My wife and I did the wine tasting on the weekend and we were both blown away by the quality of the wines. So much so we took a box full of wines home but only after we shared a tasty cheese platter out on the deck. The weather was great so overall it was a terrific visit to Mount Nathan. Will definitely go back.

A wonderful hidden gem on the back roads of Mt Nathan. From parking amongst the vines to entering the cellar door, it's a unique experience. We were hosted by Paul, who will make sure your tasting experience is one you won't forget. On top of this, the bubbly, wines, and fortified wines are exceptional. We'll be back soon!

Massive Shout out to Mount Nathan Winery who have played a big part of our festive celebrations. Our loved ones recieved gifts of wine this year and feedback has had 100% positive feedback. We celebrated with mt nathan bubbles which was embraced. The Chardonnay paired with the seafood platter perfectly with everyone at the table all offering such great feedback. Celebrations with SB also well received. We are so greatful to be able to give this family business a plug, offer our support and recommendations.

We just recently had a wine tasting at Mount Nathan Winery and it was an amazing experience. The staff were so knowledgeable about the wineries history and the wine was exceptional.
We sat and had the cheese platter and a wine while choosing our wines to take home. We had them ship our order home for us and it arrived so well packed and no damage.

We visited for a wine tasting and was quite surprised at the really great quality of the wine we were given a taste of. The hospitality was great and I must say it was the first time I have tasted wine made from honey.

Whilst holidaying at Cedar Lake in November we took advantage of an invitation to visit the winery. Peter picked us up and drove us to a private tasting conducted by son Paul. It was a warm and friendly experience with lots of information and anecdotes re the family’s long history in the industry. An impressive cheese platter and a bottle of champagne made by the traditional method, whilst sitting on the deck completed a wonderful experience. Beware, the wine is good, the liqueurs sublime and you are hard to please if you leave without some samples. Thank you Paul and Peter ; a wonderful memory thoroughly enjoyable experience

My mum said the wine is amazing but for my sister and I we loved going down and being able to feed the sheep and the alpaca who were super friendly and eager. OH and the food was so good, we got the nachos and chips and they were so good chips were perfectly cooked and nachos were so good with the amazing homemade bbq sauce definitely recommend

This winery is my favourite that I have visited in a very long time. My wife and I went here while on our honeymoon and were not disappointed. Peter told us about the history of his families journey to Australia and how the winery grew.
While tasting the amazing wine, honey wine and Grandfather Port (our favourite), we had a beautifully prepared grazing board. The view from the back deck is so peaceful. Will definitely be returning with some friends in the near future.

No lunches but you can get an amazing cheese platter to go with one of the wines you have just sampled.
They also do coffee. Just remember no food is available except Cheese platters.

We enjoyed the cheese board and lovely ambiance out on the deck. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon. We will certainly be back. We will share our experience with friends and family for sure.

Recently visited here as part of a wine tour of 4 wineries with Pineapple Tours. Happy to say that Mount Nathan Winery was the best! Got to taste a large variety of delicious whites and reds as well as some great honey wines too. Loved them all! Was also great to hear the origin story, wine knowledge and passion from the winery owner too!

Looks to me like a hidden gem: taste the wine and cheese or bring your own basket! The children will love the animals and the views and the deck! Great location for a day out into the Hinterland of the Gold Coast or book a wine tour from your hotel.

Definitely worth a stop if you're near Tamborine Mountain. Their wines, fortified wines, and honey are delicious. This is a family owned boutique winery and you can tell the pride they have in their wines. No bookings required (unless for groups) and tasting is free - but you'll definitely want to buy a bottle or two after you've tried it!

Went here to celebrate me and my wife's 9th wedding anniversary, they didn't disappoint.
Amazing service and very knowledgeable of their product. Cheese platter was yum too.
Fair to say we purchased a bottle or 7 lol.
It's a must go. Time to get back out there and help these amazing wineries😊🥂

Great experience, with lovely wines and ports. Kids loved the sheep and alpacas. But honestly, we would go back just for the food - served from food truck in the picturesque parking lot.

A beautiful place, family owned and brilliant original wine selections. It’s a go to for relaxing and enjoying quality time out with loved ones.

Visited Mount Nathan winery with my sisters. It was a great experience. Peter and Dmitri helped us through the wine listing and were both very knowledgeable. Lovely family run business. We were meant to go to a few winery that day but ended up just staying at this winery as it was a great experience.
